I have never had issues with any past orders. And today’s order both pizzas were messed up. Both pizzas I customized to only have half of the pizza with jalapeños and I got both whole pizzas with jalapeños and the pepperoni was supposed to be half pepperoni half cheese and got all pepperoni with jalapeños. Called in to make a complain since I didn’t see the pizza until I got home. And she just rudely asked okay what can she do and hung up!

I’ve ordered here twice in 10 years and both times my order was wrong!
I ordered pretzel crust. Got regular pizza. Both times. I’ve had to drive the 15 mins back both times and no compensation for my time whatsoever. They were rude as well.

Stop by today for a $12 deep dish only to get home to find out. There’s hardly any cheese on my pizza. Basically all bread with no flavor. Don’t usually have this issue with this place but today it was bad.

I attempted to order a split breadstick/pizza and they only allowed pepperoni. I was told the same when ordering a pretzel crust as well. Not to mention that the crust isn’t even a pretzel. The staff stated that it never has been an actual pretzel crust it is just a regular crust with salt and they “ran out of salt”. They completely dismissed my concerns. Everything I find online and my previous experiences confirm that it is an actual pretzel crust. I will not be back to this location again. Hopefully, I can still go to Little Cesar’s elsewhere. I haven’t decided yet.

For a full order of bread sticks, we get a baby spoon scoop of marinara? What am I supposed to do with 4 bites of marinara, then tell us we had to wait longer when we ordered online, then they can’t honor online orders from LITTLE CAESARS?? Eduardo really sucked at making us feel like we ordered from this place. Like it was a different entity, then we had to pay an additional $6 since they didn’t honor what was on THEIR website. I’m from Texas, and if this is how it’s run in Washington, I won’t be returning with any of my truck groups.
