There was a time where my fiance and I were very hungry. We were eating out of food pantries, and eventually I got sick and developed diabetes. My fiance managed to get tomatoes and cabbage, but I begged for salad. He walked severalmiles to get here. He told them a bit about our story and they made the best Greek salad I’ve ever had. We got on our feet, and if we ever get takeout- I insist we go here. 3 years later.
The wings are better than Buffalo’s. I only moved here from Buffalo like 4 years ago. I honestly haven’t been able to find comparable wings to this place. They’re huge, juicy, and perfectly prepared. Honestly they’re better then Buffalo’s wings in my opinion.
It’s a family business, and the owner and his family are wonderful people.
Everything I’ve ever ordered from them has been perfect. If you call them- they respond. They are the definition of a family business. Their food is amazing.
Give this place a try if you never have. They’re well worth it!

Food is normally good. Ordered a chicken finger dinner and they were barely bigger than french fries today.

We are from Baltimore and pasted through Rochester NY. We looked up places to eat and this place popped up. I ordered a burger and fries and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. It was absolutely amazing. Ribs were falling off the bone. I ate my whole burger before we decided to take a photo. The lady that took our order (wish I had gotten her name) was great. I will definitely stop in again. Very warm feeling from the staff. It’s was like we have known them forever. Thank you for the hats, amazing food, and service. Amy & Dave from Baltimore. We will be back!!!!

I love Jack’ss, and always recommend them, however I ordered fried pickles on 9/30/22 and they came with almost no breading and were dry and inedible. Will definitely eat here again, just a bad experience.

I always come here and order the chicken finger plate with baked beans, home fries, meat sauce, onions and ketchup.. and it always a really good meal. Definitely recommend. You can even order delivery which I have done in the past. Great service and company!
