I go here often and the drinks are not consistently made correctly. Just yesterday, I ordered a tall latte and after receiving the drink in the drive thru and driving off, did I realize they made a tall cappuccino. A majority of the cup was foam. I don’t have time to turn around, wait again in the drive thru for the drink to be remade because the most basic of drinks cannot be made correctly. This is frustrating, time consuming, and disappointing. It looks like others are also annoyed with drinks not being filled properly. The price increased for all items and now we get less?
Also, if you order a cake pop with a hot breakfast item in the app, the bags are placed right next to each other and the chocolate from the cake pop melts in the bag. This needs to be addressed. Please do not store cold items next to hot items.

I can understand why some people may have had negative experiences when this location first opened. However, I never stopped coming, and I visit about 3–4 times a week with different orders depending on how I feel. Over time, I’ve really noticed an improvement the drinks are made better, the customer service has gotten friendlier, the wait time is shorter, and the staff even offers helpful suggestions. I’ll definitely continue to be a customer and I’m excited to watch the team grow and gain more experience.

Consistently gets orders wrong whether it be size or add-ons/subtractions. The taste is also inconsistent with either the coffee having a burnt taste, the flavoring seemingly missing, or their frappes just mostly being blended ice. Have given this location multiple chances, hoping they’d work out the kinks but I give up at this point.

This day three of my drink being wrong, I am not sure if its because I noticed there are a lot of new people there, but this day three and my drink has not been made correctly. I get the same drink every time at every Starbucks location and this is just horrible. I pay way to much money for my drinks to made incorrectly. I ask for a grande iced brown sugar shaken espresso with 6 pumps of brown sugar. My drinks tase like they only did two. I know what 6 pumps taste like, i get the same drink every morning! Yall gotta do better. Not to mention im there at like 6:45am, and theyre so SLOWWWWW. Ill get out the line by 7:00am.
