Love when Blake’s gets it right! Ingredients were well balanced not full of potatoes. Layered and not a thin breakfast burrito. Bacon crispy with gooey cheese in the middle and just enough red chile. Mmm

Food is also amazing. Manager and I get along amazing. I do have to say they’re under staffed and over worked. Sometimes depending on employee, they do give so much attitude. My experience is sometimes, I don’t get a recipient, and many others get the same order I do. They call your order by this recipient #. Overall the restaurant is clean, and there’s plenty of spots to sit down. Also amazing iced coffee, especially with cold foam on top. kudos to the manager for keeping this place going after Tom left. she’s so very amazing and nice. ❤️ she deserves a major up in pay as well. Please make this happen. ASAP!

Tonight we went for dinner and our gift card was not working and the lady Stephanie (shift leader )was unprofessional and rude. She did not try to solve our issue. She needs to be retrained to fix issues with customers and I smelled marijuana off of her. She should be drug tested. This store is good but she made my dinner complicated.

Two times I’ve come to this location in the past two weekends. Two different crews. But when they mess up your order they get mad at customer have very disrespectful attitudes. Over their mistake. It’s mind blowing. I come here to spend my hard earned money. Some customer appreciation would go a long way. But no your employees choose to be disrespectful and borderline confrontational over French fries or a messed up burger

Reina shouted at me today because I asked her to replace a shake that was all liquid. They didn’t let me know the shake machine wasn’t working they just handed me a fully melted shake that I used my points to buy, not sure why you have someone communicating with the public like that. They didn’t offer me a refund they shouted at me asking what I wanted them to do, so I asked for a normal shake and they said that it was going to be the same as what I got. I have been coming to your spots for the last few years but I can’t support people who act like this.

I love the older Blake’s. I not a fan of the newer ones they seem to have lost the spirit of the originals. This location is off the beaten path so it’s usually not crowded and it’s close to Frogert where you can pick up some frozen yogurt.

Don’t try to go have dinner past 7pm. Walked in Friday night. Was ignored, finally the lady says be right with you. Continues messing with fryer. Waited then walked out. Sad poor service. No one at register.

Hadn’t gone here in a long time until last Thursday. Looked like the cook chopped up the meat patty pretty bad. The meat was also thin. I took my burger to go and this is what it looked like when I got home and opened up the burger. Overall, the burger tasted good. Also, the woman who took my order seemed pretty unhappy, not friendly; maybe she was tired, hot and worn down. She made no eye contact with me and didn’t interact at all with customers except to enter orders in the computer register. The girl who was cleaning the floor didn’t say a word when I offered to move out of her way. I know some people don’t enjoy these kinds of jobs which I’ve worked when I was young, but I always tried to put on a smile and give good service when I had these types of jobs. Maybe some folks here were having a bad day, I dunno.
