I like to order the 1/2 Chicken mix with sides from Jerk n go on the App. Haven’t had any issues with my past orders. I like the Spicy & Mild jerk sauce, my only complaint is the rice could be cooked longer and I wish I got more gravy with my rice and peas last time. Chicken is seasoned well bread is good. Sides are good.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been working across the street from this location over a decade… so I was there for its opening. In the beginning, the food was great. The service has always been crappy. But the food was great so the company that I worked for ordered from there plenty, not to mention staff frequented on lunch breaks. As time went on, food ordered an hour in advance still would not be ready taking up staff lunch breaks, the staff wasn’t rude, they were downright mean and evil. But to add insult to injury the quality of the food declined rapidly. Every single staff person stopped going, new employees were warned. It’s been years. Many. I was noticing lately how good the food smelled when going into Bizios. So today I said, let’s give this another shot. I ordered only 4 wings. Shouldn’t take too long, can’t mess this up, right? WRONG! I called and told it was cash only or order online. I ordered online and left to pick up 30 minutes after placing my order. I walk in, gnats flying around. No staff in sight for over 10 minutes. I said hello? Asked me to wait. The lady is just rude and seems so unhappy. She asked my name, I said I didn’t enter any info when I ordered, it provided a order #. I ordered directly from their website. She said “I don’t know no order number what is your name” gave her my name she said give me 5 more minutes it’s not done. I asked could I purchase a ginger beer on the website, I don’t carry cash. she stated it’s not listed on the website. The only beverage listed is water despite there being various drinks for purchase in the cooler. She told me the ginger beer would come up to 3.09. I could have rang up three 1 dollar water, I asked could I do that, she got clearly irritated about that one question and said I don’t care what you do. I just left. I go across the street and open the bag. The chicken is so hard and cold and overcooked it’s like jerky! $13.00 for some garbage. Pete’s fake jerk chicken better than this. Never returning.

Ordered online, by time I got there the door was locked called the store phone and the lady had no professionalism. Stores smell employees don’t look sanitized at all lol chicken was hard aided had absolutely no flavor and jerk sauce was sour m. Macaroni dry like it was cooked yesterday and reheated. The jerk chicken pasta was amazingly delicious. From the freshness of the chicken down to the seasoning. I chose hot and it was just the right amount of flavor. It would have paired great with some bread. I also got some Mac and cheese which was okay. I had it before when it was fresh and it was much better. Will definitely order the pasta again. I have to try the shrimp next.

They are very slow they don’t have enough employees working, they made people wait 25-30 minutes sometimes almost an hour even if you place it online, something is wrong here, if you know it’s an lunch rush they should be prepared ahead of time.. it’s not nothing new, people will still spend their money and won’t wake up knowing the problem won’t get solved.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The food quality was very poor — it upset my stomach shortly after eating, which was concerning. On top of that, the service was inattentive and not up to standard. I expected a much better experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to both the food quality and customer service.

We used to go to L&R Caribbean in Midlothian, he closed down so we decided to check this place out. Food as good or better than L&R, very pleased, will be going back. Ordered whole jerk chicken and green beans, very good.
