It’s worth mentioning that the Happy Valley cart has a different menu than the PDX location – I went expecting cheese curds and milk shakes due to their website description but after a little research, it’s because they have a few locations with different menus. That being said, their burgers and loaded tots did not disappoint! Super rich and flavorful and so umami. I’d suggest a spoon for the tots though as they were rather soft. I got the single burger and it was plenty. My husband and brother each got one of the specials. The gal running it that took our order was very sweet and seemed to love what she was doing. Safe to say we’ll be back!

Man, the burgers here are just as awesome as you think they will be.
I have some dietary restrictions with allium (garlic & onions), and though these ingredients are part of a regular burger order, the team was able to make some alterations so that I could order confidently. The burger was amazing! If you are interested in a textbook smash burger at the Happy Valley Food carts, this is the one.

Finally. A killer smash burger place on the far east side! Wolf’s Head SE Water Front is where I usually go so I am so happy it’s closer to me now. The gal that runs this cart makes the burgers and tots actually BETTER than the OG cart in Beaverton and she does a fantastic job during lunch. Fast and friendly. She makes the cart even better. Will be back for sure!

Moved to Happy Valley spring of 2023. Been checking out the spots at this food cart park one by one. This burger place is top notch! Delicious perfectly prepared double patty burger ( I added bacon!). The curly fries were crispy and delicious . The woman who was working the truck was extremely nice and pleasant to order from. I will definitely be back! Two thumbs up

Got to try out the Double Deluxe.
Decent sized burger and plenty of meat and toppings. Other than the burger patties being a bit salty, overall tasted good.

Don’t do it! We ordered because we both worked late and felt like having hamburgers we used grub hub plus to deliver. We ordered 3 singles, two for kids with only ketchup and cheese, 1 with everything, also ordered a double deluxe (lol). I have to say the burgers were cooked great and tasted pretty good. The problem is the price at damn near $11 for the singles and $16 for double. Now here is the real reason I am writing this review. We ordered a single order of “deluxe” curly fries @ $16! What we got was an very small order of the exact same Arby’s curly fries you can purchase and air fry in 10 minutes!. I tried calling the number to see if we received the wrong order of fries (understandable). The number was a New York number. The establishment is in Oregon and of course no answer. There are much better burger places in the same area. Go for t hem is my honest recommendation!

One of the best smash patties I’ve had in a long time. I came by after work and with all the food cart choices wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat but I struck gold with Wolf’s Head. The lady running the cart was so nice and is gifted with the ability to create a simply divine burger. I kid you not it was good enough that after the first one I bought another one lol

Ordered the Double Deluxe Burger. The burger was really SALTY! Took the burger back and another was made, supposedly made it with light salt and it was still SALTY.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you clean your grill with water throughout the day to remove the salt stuck on the grill. Or don’t cook with salt, your condiments/salt has enough flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this truck at this time, until they address the issue.
