It’s ridiculous that they didn’t have white rice and steak, and when I asked Tara (I think she’s the manager) if she could share ingredients from the other station, she refused, giving the excuse that the drive-thru was full — but when I walked out, it was empty.
I DON’T UNDERSTAND how they neglect a customer over something so trivial. They wanted me to wait until the white rice and steak finished cooking. RIDICULOUS.

This is probably one of the better experiences that I’ve had at a Chipotle. They gave great portion sizes, the line was clean, and had all the ingredients I wanted. The people were pretty friendly too. I also hate wilted lettuce which I get at Chipotle most times but it was very fresh at this location along with the other toppings! No wait time either which was great!

First time to this location, and my last. I will travel to La Frontera like we usually do even though this new location is closer. The door on the right was locked. I then went to the double doors which were open. The people preparing my order were rude. Got home and was surprised that the chips I purchased were stale. The bowls and burrito we got tasted really good. Bottom line, I’ll give my next $47 to the La Frontera Chipotle.

First time ever visited the store. I was very disappointed in their quality of service and professionalism.
1. One of the female staff literally yelled at the new male worker.
2. They put me the left over of the Barbacoa.
3. No acknowledgement or apologies when I told them you shouldn’t serve the left over.
4.all the staff were like against each other.

This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Multiple items were missing from my order. The kids build-your-own meal was missing corn, apple juice, and chips. The chips and queso order was missing the queso, and there were no forks or napkins included. It honestly makes me question whether anyone checked the order before handing it out. Very disappointing and careless experience overall.
