I loved eating here back when I was a student. The beef noodle soup is still delicious! Also, I’m glad they still have jumbo-sized bubble tea. Great folks working here, too.

I was there to try out the lemon Kumquat iced tea with the bubbles. I ended up ordering another medium-sized cup. So delicious. The attendant/officer in charge was very kind and explained the flavors. I was there on December 22, 2025 — a little past 7 pm. I left at 9 pm. Truly enjoyed the ambience, the iced tea, and the service!

I tried the Taiwanese Chicken w/ Ground Pork on Rice. Portion sizes provide incredible value and are extremely filling. Been visiting here since around 2020 and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. The chicken was slightly salty but the combination of flavors between a hint of spicy and savory from Taiwanese chicken is complimented by the ground pork on rice with the freshness from the vegetables. All things considered, a great hole in the wall kind of place. Went in on a Friday night and the place was pretty quiet with the exception of a few people dining in. Most take food to go, service was efficient and enjoyable. My only suggestion is that the rice is lacking some type of sauce considering the portion size. Great food, atmosphere and great flavors!

Hands down the best Taiwanese Chicken I’ve had. My friend that went to college at College Park said that this was their favorite place to eat. Plus, the meals are reasonably priced for college students. That chicken was only $10! And the iced coffee was a good addition too 10/10 will be back, because that was a large amount of perfectly fried and seasoned chicken

A1 Taiwan Chicken. $9.55 total.

Could change the music playing in the restaurant (heard Spanish Christian music).

Chicken was hot and fresh, seasoned well.

Perfect spot for the broke college students. I can’t believe I found a spot with cheap bubble tea. The chicken was delicious and the portion size was great. If your broke, hungry or need a drink come to Jumbo Jumbo for a jumbo size drank and some fried chicken. You can’t go wrong.

We went for bubble tea and ended us ordering lunch. We DONT recommend the food here. Taro milk tea was tried and it was good. They dont have popping bobba tho.
We also ordered spicy thai chicken and it was not as we expected. It was too sour. Spicy level was perfect. Dish inclused some cabbage and white rice. We recommend the owner to add a fried rice with the dish. Not worth the price we paid.

The food was very salty. The service was average as well as the environment. We ordered the tofu dish, popcorn chicken, and the chicken with rice. The sauce with the tofu was extremely salty and there wasn’t enough rice to compensate with the amount of sauce. Similarly, the popcorn chicken was also very salty.

This is our favorite boba place in the Takoma Park College Park area! All of their food is good. My favorite is crispy tofu and beef noodle soup And the taro milk tea is fantastic! Friendly, fast service, great chefs, clean chill atmosphere.

Pretty good food. I ordered the Beef Noodle soup and Wintermelon Boba Milk Tea. The beef soup tasted unexpectedly quite good. It’s a bit expensive at $15 but the serving is quite generous. The meat was half tender half tough though, and one of the pieces of beef in my soup was inedible from how tough it is with a lot of unrendered connective tissue. The boba is alright, and decently priced at $6 for medium
