I usually don’t have issues but tonight was just terrible. I worked a 12 hour shift to come in and eat and there’s 1 staff making sandwiches and 2 people in the back. Well I come in and the lady is yelling at this guy being very rude and disrespectful mind you because “she just made 8 sandwiches and needs to make 3 online orders so he needs to wait about 20 minutes before she even gets to him” it was so rude, I understand what rush hour is like I’ve been there, but absolutely disrespectful to this poor guy I felt so bad for him. So I go home since we had to wait about half hour-45 minutes and our sandwiches were just thrown together. 2/27/26 at 6:50. I really hope this was just a bad day for the staff because I really enjoy my subway and don’t want this experience again.

I work at subway, (Not this location.) I Was close by and had a gift card. So I ordered a 6 inch Ultimate BMT and a cheese foot long dipper. it was not bad. But it was incorrectly made for the Subway Standard on making the sub properly. And the foot long dipper was not rolled up as it should be. Nothing bad just need proper training.

Waited for services for over 20 minutes. No one up front at all. Then employee came to the front visibly high. This restaurant use to be nice. Now it’s horrible. Never going there again.

Out of most toppings including lettuce!!! How?? Ur a sub shop!! Also all lights were off only one person working but looked closed. If the one person actually sitting to eat inside we would have drive past. Cause it appears shut down without the lights on

I was so surprised to read all the “rude staff comments” because the staff at this location are STELLAR. I drive 15 miles each way to eat ONLY at THIS Subway. The service is excellent, they are super clean, and the food quality and selection are quite good. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

my friend and I put in a order around 8:50 pm for a pick-up order. pick up was at 9:15ish pm. we got here at 9:19 so yes we were 4 minutes late but the store doesn’t close til 10 (says online and on door) and the drive through has a cone in the way so we couldnt go through that. as soon as get got there the worker walked in (they was talking to someone outside) and quickly locked the door and ran in the back. we called multiple times no answer and when we did get an answer all I could say was hello and they hung up! absolutely ridiculous. we paid $40 and couldn’t even get our food. this was on September 4th at 9:19-9:30 pm.
