I’ve been going to Pete’s since I was little. It was the routine we had that right after church we’d head to Pete’s for cheeseburgers, fries and goop. I have cousins that live up in Spokane and every time they come to Roseburg we have to go and get our usual.
Even with the ownership changing a bit, it’s mainly held the same feel from when I was a kid.
If there’s one thing I would say that I don’t care for, it’s the buns. These seeded buns are a bit dry for me and don’t taste as well as the old ones which kind of sucks.
The fries are still pretty good and I’ve been a fan of goop forever but it does seem like the goop recipe has changed over time.
I do miss the foot long hotdogs but the ones they have now are pretty good as well.
Overall, Pete’s is a pretty big deal filled with pretty good food and tons of memories.

Fun! New favorite place to eat in roseburg. Burgers so good. Toasted warm bun sesame seed, the burger right size for bun. Crispy vegetables. Handmade French fries cooked perfectly. Next tim have to try a shake! Old fashioned car hop sit in your car or on the picnic tables.

Pete’s is an old school drive in with the best burgers and hand made fries around! Tonight, we went just to get a soft serve cone. They are so thick and creamy it was the perfect treat for a late summer evening.

A truly amazing drive in experience for me and my family. It was everything we expected in a drive-in. We were extremely greatful that they allowed us to let our dog sit next to us and even embraced the dog. You could tell they were pet lovers.
Jasmine was an amazing server she took care of us so well we really appreciate everything she did for us.

I don’t live near Pete’s but it is easy on and off of the interstate so every time I get near enough I go in for a burger. They are amazing and so are the people. A must stop!

The most important thing to know is that you can’t order”wrong” here. Whatever you order is going to be amazing. The service is excellent, the prices are very reasonable and the food is heavenly. I usually order some type of a burger and fries with goop (fry sauce) and a coke. Yum! The last time I went, I ordered a Philly cheese steak. Also delightful! There is something for everyone on the menu,so don’t be shy. Take your family, friends, date or out of town weird relatives. You’ll never regret supporting such a quality local business. I hope to take my grandkids 20 years from now. This place is just that good.

Onion rings are bomb, must try item if you come to Pete’s Drive in. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers but they forgot the bacon on both burgers, but wrote BCB on both packages containing the burger. Lol otherwise good food. Burger was a little too wet for my liking but tasted great, had a chocolate milkshake and the onion rings and all was well in the world. Recommend if your on that side of town. 3 stars is because of the missing bacon, but service otherwise and food is 5 stars. Will be back for that proper bacon cheese burger.
