I would rather NOT order from here. The key word is convenience. I ordered through the app and the place was super crowded. They were understaffed to say the least. I waited and waited…and waited for my order..Since my number was not on the screen I went to pay for my groceries. I came back and some one else picked it up! Apparently this McDonalds does not confirm orders.?! They just call out the number. Note taken. While they did make the order again, I will only be coming here as a last resort.

I would like to preface this by saying I’ve never had this experience at a McDonald’s before, and I am as nice as I can possibly be to fast food workers because I know what it’s like to work customer service. The older Hispanic guy who I believe is a manager is disgustingly rude. He acted like I didn’t have money to pay for my food (you work at McDonald’s dude, relax) and then refused to give me sauce cups that he charged me for, and after he finally but reluctantly gave me what I ordered, he still didn’t give me the ranch cups that again, he CHARGED me for and was incredibly rude the entire time. Quit your job if you hate it so much or do better. I’m no Karen, this is the first time I’ve ever called a corporate number to file a complaint because of how disrespectful and appalling the service here was.

A disappointment of a franchise. Food was cold asked them for fresh fries after I complained about the cold stale ones they gave me and they re put the ones I gave them back in the fryer she thought I didn’t see but I did. The place is a filth nasty not clean. #31389

My experience has been that it takes between 15-20 minutes on average before my number is called. What gets me stirred up is, I can see my coffee but the “team member” is so focused on preparing other orders, my coffee just sits there while I wait and wait. For entertainment The “order status board” is either non functional, and needs to be removed or needs to have new software loaded. For entertainment I have been stairing at the “statusboard” (while waiting for my coffee sitting on their working counter), the numbers never change, so it is currently of no service to the customer. Lastly one of the young workers told me to “chill out dude”, that is when I decided I needed to speak to a Manager. After reading numerous of reviews with numerous complaints, you would think the Owner or Manager would do something. I am courious to why the Owner or Manager doesn’t seem to care. Is this not the correct format to reach them? This is for the San Jacinto location inside Walmart. I shared my issues with the on duty Supervisor but do not expect change… we will see….

They close the main part of dinning room at 745 so all there is left is 3 high tables with no seat backs. Super slow Everytime I have come here for a “quick bite” before shopping.

I’m a DoorDash driver and I went to pick up someone else’s order at this location.

I decided to order myself an iced coffee when I received the order. When I arrived and went to pick up both of the orders my coffee was ready, but the DoorDash wasn’t. I took my coffee to the car and wait a few minutes for their order. I realized my coffee had such little ice, so I left it in the car and went to get the delivery order and ask for some more ice. Unfortunately, the employee who gave me the delivery said I couldn’t get a cup with more ice for my coffee. Then I asked for a water cup because I’d been working for a few hours I asked for a cup of water and they also refused to give me that.

Then the manager came and interrupted me and told me I couldn’t get water or ice unless I paid for another cup also informing me the fountain machine was off. At the time I had my own water bottle in my hand and saw another customer going to fill their soda. I walked behind him and was about to fill my bottle with ice and water, she immediately turned the machine off for both of us.

In the end, I just want to say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Even as a loyal paying customer and delivery partner I have never felt so disrespected just asking for something so simple. It never made sense to me why I was treated that way. This location definitely needs newly trained staff or a whole new staff completely.

McDonald’s is not the same, slower service and food are not the same patties are small and buns are overgrown. Also never fails they always miss something in your order. Check your order before u leave never fails. Looks like some tallie going on. At the end of the night they take everything they didn’t give the customer home!

I yes call customer service I have a special sister that suffer from seizures in I in my sister we ask for cup of water in this employee that she say she is the manager Jesenia she say I nees to buy the cup so I can get water or ice I never expirience this situation in I honestly I want to real owner or the supervisor take a action about this matter I in my sister we feel discrimination I am reporting this matter!!!

I’ve written a post about this before it seems to be having the same problem every time I come here the soda machine is out of order and somehow never has any lemonade selection or others from time to time Plus the seating area is filthy but there’s not the fault of the staff it’s the customers who are straight up lazy slobs.
What’s really bothers me is they have some lady walking around the store area with a tray of chocolate chip cookies shouting out cookies cookies cookies cookies cookie cookie chocolate chip for about maybe 45 minutes to half an hour continually making noise personally I think it’s a waste of time that person could be behind the counter moving the customers along rather than wasting time shouting about cookies! It’s okay for the first 2 minutes then after that it’s like Guantanamo Bay seriously.
