This place is quite simply the best Mexican in the area. The family that runs it is genuinely great. The prices and portions are great. Every single item is packed with flavor. I’ve often had Mexican that seemed like it was missing a little something. By contrast, every dish at this place seems like it has a little something extra flavorful going on. They’re just doing everything right, no other way to put it.

I got the Sp12. 2 beef enchiladas, chili poblano, rice and beans. So good!! The chili I’ve never had before but wow it was amazing. I’m so glad I got it! Quick service, owner (I assume) was wonderful, smiling and super nice!! Everything was great! Great prices too!! I look forward to going back a d trying something new!

Grandma’s is the best, truly. I’ve never had a bad bite, the staff are all lovely, and the food is perfectly seasoned, good portions but not too much, and the prices are reasonable! Do glad to have this place in Endicott ❤️

Real and delicious Mexican food and a Family owned business.
The owner is very friendly, he was talking and interacting with all the customers going from table to table making sure everyone was fine and making jokes to little kids.
The food was absolutely delicious at an affordable price, the portions were just right as well, we definitely enjoyed it very much and I highly recommend it.

Today is the second time I’ve been to Grandma’s Mexican Restaurant and I couldn’t wait to come back! Both times, I’ve ordered the beef chimichangas with a side of their homemade hot sauce, and both times I was blown away.
Erica, my server, is fantastic! She’s friendly, kind hearted and efficient. If you haven’t tried Grandma’s Mexican Restaurant yet, you absolutely must!

We decided to try this place because we had never been there before. We found the the restaurant to be very clean, well organized, and well stocked. The staff was super friendly and the menu is very extensive and diverse. The restaurant is small but seating did not appear to be a problem and parking is on the street but did not appear to be metered. The service was exceptionally prompt and the food was delicious.
