Excellent food, ambience and service. Our absolute best meal in St. Martin! There are perhaps 10 tables around a lot pool with glittering soft light – just a beautiful space! Dining at les galets was an absolute delight. With only eight to ten tables arranged around a beautifully lit pool, the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and intimate. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, and the service was truly excellent. The restaurant has a excellent wine selection. The owner was very hands-on, personally checking in to ensure everything was perfect, making the whole experience feel even more special. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates exceptional cuisine and top-notch service! We will be back for sure.

Les Galets is a lovely intimate French restaurant tucked away in the gated community of the Gardens of Orient Bay. We had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. During our 2 week stay in St. Martin, our meal here was our favorite! Outstanding service, a small and intimate space, and an extremely personable owner who truly went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The food was fantastic. It’s located within a gated community, so it’s best to call ahead for the entry code—but it’s well worth it.
