Like every Dunkin it is hit or miss with if your coffee is just right. These guys more often than not is a hit. At least if you walk in it is. Sometimes drive through it gets missed and also if you doordash and the app gets your order from here sometimes they dont give you the amount of swirl you ordered but again, any and every dunkin is like that. Friendly staff, manager is friendly.

On January 25, 2026 at approximately 10:25 AM, I had an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 421 Quincy Ave, Braintree, MA 02184 (across from Quirk).

This visit is documented in my Dunkin’ app as In-Store Order #226, which can be reviewed along with in-store and drive-through camera footage.

I ordered a large iced Dunkalatte and requested to add a protein shot, which is currently advertised by Dunkin’ Donuts as an add-on (there is visible signage stating protein can be added to drinks). I use the Dunkin’ app regularly and have ordered this same customization at multiple Dunkin’ locations without issue.

At the drive-through window, a blonde employee immediately became argumentative and insisted they would “just use protein milk” instead of adding protein. I clearly stated I wanted protein added, not substituted. Rather than clarifying or checking policy, she continued arguing with me. To prevent escalation, I went inside the store.

Inside, cashier Molly (ID #189847) confirmed I was the drive-through customer. I calmly restated my order. She told me they would need to remove the coffee milk in order to add protein, which is illogical since I was requesting an addition, not a subtraction. I pointed directly to the signage above the counter that clearly states protein can be added to drinks.

At that point, the original drive-through employee began arguing with me from behind the supervisor, raising her voice and talking over both me and the supervisor. This resulted in three employees simultaneously confronting one customer, which was intimidating and humiliating, especially in front of other patrons.

A supervisor eventually intervened, but instead of de-escalating the situation or correcting the misinformation, she also argued with me and ultimately offered a refund rather than resolving the issue or acknowledging the posted promotion.

This location has cameras, and I strongly encourage Dunkin’ management to review the footage from January 25, 2026 at approximately 10:25 AM. The issue here was never the drink—it was poor training, misinformation about advertised options, and aggressive customer interaction.

No customer should be raised at, talked over, or belittled for ordering directly from Dunkin’ Donuts’ posted promotions.

Plenty of parking, right across the street from Subaru, and adjacent to Genesis.

The food is good. Place is kinda busy, especially with the drive through. They forgot the bacon on our avocado toasts, but gave us another with bacon to make up for it. Very nice gesture, definitely going that extra mile, pleases customers!!!

The entire morning crew should be fired they are all very lazy. I paid $6 for a bacon egg and cheese on a crossiant and I get 3 tiny pieces of bacon when they have an entire drawer full of bacon. FYI an entire pack of bacon cost around that much. It’s crazy how they give you a sandwich worth $1 and can’t even bother to properly add topping.

I normally would not bother to review a dunks, but I go there before 6am almost every morning for the last couple years and the staff is great. They deserve recognition for always being quick, friendly and consistent. Really great AM crew.

I got served the wrong order twice this week. I ordered for two iced caramel macchiato with whole milk and got served two regular cream and sugar iced coffees. I didnt realize till i took a sip after driving out and on my way to work. Didn’t think its worth driving back. However i couldn’t reach them through their phone number after several attempts. I will try again to see if i can get my money back or get two macchiatos right the next time and then provide an update.

This is the third time and another place now, that they mess up my order. I ordered for veggie sandwich and they give me turkey sausage in it, should have checked but didn’t think orders are messed up in almost all Dunkin Donuts. I could have excused if it was only once, seems like other 1 star ratings are similar mess-ups as well.

12:50 pm 7/18/25 Exceptional service both coffee and breakfast sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. Not all Dunkin’s are the same, some don’t go the extra mile or actually put in effort for you order. A few Dunkin’s I went to slapped my sandwich together and didn’t toast it at all, bacon all on one side… But not this one. I was really hungry and you guys made my food and coffee exactly how I was hoping you would. I will return, Thankyou !!!

I don’t understand how a store can mess up your doordash order every single time. First the coffe is wrong, im thinking alright just one time I get it. Then the next time the sandwich is wrong, alright third times the charge. Now I ordered two Jelly donuts, and I get a Glazed Stick and a Jelly Stick. I really find donut sticks to be disgusting and inedible. I don’t understand if you didn’t jelly donut, why you wouldn’t just give me two other donuts instead of Donut sticks? And not even two Jelly Sticks?

I got there when the dining room is still open but they lock the doors I have it recorded that they was telling me to go to drive through they said the lobby’s closed but I was there before the lobby supposed to have been closed and no I did not go there at closing time
