They need to figure out how to handle online orders when there are people ordering in store. Two times I’ve gone here after ordering online and had to wait 15 minutes or so past the quoted pickup time (which is usually 15-20 after ordering), including after telling them I was waiting for the order, while they make sandwiches for people ordering in person. The last visit one of my subs clearly had been made and then sat for most of that time because it was completely soggy :(. Their sandwiches are usually great but their process not so much.

I feel like this place a slipped quite a bit lately. I would consider myself a regular here and grab lunch when I can. Past few times it was a bit lacking but this time it was a complete miss. First the place was a mess. They are usually pretty clean at this location but the counter was so dirty. Debris everywhere. Then when they were cutting the meat and another staff member put an iPad down where my sandwich was being made. Not cool guys. Unsanitary and rude. It wasn’t even busy either The staff wasn’t their usual friendly self. My sandwich tasted and smelled a bit off too. I took a few bites and tossed it. Had to go somewhere else. What a shame. I’m hoping it was an off day but I won’t be back to check anytime soon.

My first time at this location and it was okay they did greet me when I came in, my food was not good because of the bread they gave me was hard as a brick and was very crumbly the people who work at this location needs to practice hand washing I watched 2 people touch everything went outside came back in and start touching food not cool at all that’s how people get sick the staff was nice and jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite foods but I won’t come back to this location

Chipotle cheese steak sandwich was awesome, plenty of cheesy goodness. The sandwich shop was clean and orderly, customer service was excellent.

These are great and tasty sandwiches, check the menu online, because the menu they have on sight is incomplete (I always get the cancro special which is listed online but somehow is not in the menu they have at this location)

Honestly, I don’t if my boyfriend and I will be able to eat at any Jersey Mikes ever after this experience. We got some dinner to go. My boyfriend took a bite of his sandwich and felt/pulled out a thick, black, straight piece of hair out of his mouth. I then inspected my sandwich and it appeared fine, until I saw the bottom of the sandwich (as shown in the picture). I called this store, spoke to a lady, and she took my address and stated she was unable to refund my meal (which I ordered online), so she was going to send coupons for 2 free sandwiches. Which honestly at the time, I just my money back. It’s been since February 5 since the incident happened, and i have not received any coupon in the mail as the lady on the phone stated would happen.
