I got the text stating food was ready. Listened to staff ask each other who order coffee, did you make that coffee. 20 minutes later I realized they are taking about me. My hot Mac n cheese sat there while my cold coffee wasn’t being made until I asked for it. Then was told how they go through a hundred orders a day……well all I wanted was hot food with my iced coffee. Didn’t even get that nor a fork.

Maybe this is an issue of expecting too much. I placed my order for fries and a coke expecting a quick turnover. 45 minutes later… I feel there should be included an estimate wait time if your going to take almost an hour as a fast food spot

Absolutely first class service and friendliness. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Looking forward to an expansion to a full sized restaurant as soon as possible!

During the transition to the new Student Union Building, the menu setup, meal plan value, ordering line setup, and item availability was handled extremely poorly. Even to this day, the cashiers will all give different answers when asked what a meal plan gets you. Milkshakes are not always available, and the pickup line is a complete disaster. For an engineering school, these logistics could have been addressed much better well in advance of opening.

A college student at Embry Riddle should be able to accurately translate, “spicy chicken deluxe… just the entrée… and that’s all” to the correct order. But I guess I should have checked her work. No deluxe which makes the sandwich really plain Jane.
Also, the owner doesn’t accurately follow the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth as he portrays.
Long line prevented me from wanting to ask for what I actually ordered when I discovered the error.

This location within the university is not consistent with the rest of the Chick-Fil-A that, above all else, is known for their outstanding service. The cashiers tend to be pushy and hardly anyone seems like they enjoy their job. A big inconsistency that I noticed was no one saying “My pleasure,” which while isn’t exactly a problem, it just showcases the lack of proper customer service on the part of the employees.
Furthermore, I was informed that they quote, “don’t do refills” per the order of higher-ups. To my knowledge and experience from literally any other Chick-Fil-A location, this is also not part of their policy, further frustrating my visit.
I had also informed a worker that I had accidentially spilled my drink all over the table when a worker unrelated to the conversation rather sharply exclaims the “No refills” mantra that I heard before, causing me to exclaim my own frustration with the worker given they had no business or knowledge as to what was going on. I was eventually given the refill from the worker that I originally talked to but then I got glares from every worker after I frustratingly explained that that I had actually spilled my drink all over a table.

Usually they’re great but now not so much. Tonight I ordered an 8 piece entree with medium fries. They ran out of nuggets just before I ordered, which is fine, but I waited genuinely 15 minutes for nuggets to come out. Not only did they serve those who ordered nuggets after me before I was handed my order, but in the end I was given a spicy chicken sandwich because they had run out of nuggets again.

what a waste of time! just waited 20 minutes in a line that should take 5 for them to tell me they stopped serving breakfast (they told me they “stopped” serving breakfast at 10:30 when I ordered ar 10:31). they think because we’re college students they can just waste people’s times like this. this place in terms of management and service is very low. the staff themselves are not rude by any means, but don’t have people wasting 30 minutes in line to get breakfast just to tell them you stopped because your team can’t get it together.
