Coffee wasn’t great and the cold foam was completely melted. We were in line for 10+ minutes waiting on a coffee and two donuts, and at the window for at least 5 mins. We thought there was only one employee but then two more showed up from where ever they were hiding to help.

I have come here twice recently.The 1st time I came good thing I had small bills.They refused to take my 100 bill. Today I made the same mistake no small bills! My food order was almost 60 bucks in the end and they refused a 100 again! Like come on.My daughter had to walk across the street to break it!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I have to go here because its the only coffee shop with a brown sugar coffee. They are always rude. I order pickup with doordash and the girl said they usually come inside for doordash. This was my personal order not someone else’s. Then on the app it wouldn’t let me order the coffee I normally get so I ordered something similar & it looked completely wrong. Same girl argued that creamer would fix it. I order a latte they did a regular coffee. She argued with me that creamer would fix it. Coming from Texas I’m highly disappointed!

The wait is too long, and when my drinks are made right, they are full of expresso grounds. I don’t want to have to rely on only a few girls working, to get a properly made drink. The team needs to find some consistency and uniformity. I understand it’s not the easiest of jobs to work with the public, that being said, guests still need to be treated with respect and decency. Guests shouldn’t be served products that wouldn’t be enjoyed by the workers themselves.

Ordered an iced coffee with light ice. I received a 3/4 full cup in return. What??? I didn’t pay only 75% of the price. Why am I being cheated out of the full drink I ordered? Employees have been instructed to tell people that ask for light ice “we won’t fill your cup to the top”.
This is obviously coming from the owner or management in an attempt to ensure they can shortchange people of the full drink they paid for. Sleazy.

Slow as all get out. They weren’t understaffed either. My food sat under the heat lamp for nearly 6 minutes. Pulled up to the drive through at 9:12 and didn’t get my food till 9:29

They are all over the place. I waited 13 minutes in drive thru. I can see people just standing around. Most of the employees are rude and annoyed. One lady is very kind I believe its Carmen.

They are always extremely slow here, you’re lucky if you only have to wait 15mins in the drive through. I waited 15mins just to get to the speaker when there were only 2 cars ahead of me, then another 5 minutes at the speaker before I said hello and then was told I would be helped shortly, another almost 5mins before being talked to again. I did mobile order online, part of the order was 4 sour cream donuts and 2 Boston cream…they gave me 2 sour cream, 3 Boston cream, and one glazed…$9 for 6 donuts is pretty expensive to not get what you ordered.
