Horrible service and food. I ordered ahead through the app. When I arrived 10 minutes later there were people in line so I patiently waited until I was up. I was told I was too early and that I would have to wait until they served the people in line BEHIND ME before they would make my food . The sub was wrong also, ordered extra meat and there was barely any meat to be found at all. I tried to reach customer service through the app and website but it only offers “popular questions” without the ability to actually contact anyone. I can call the location I went to and complain of course but there’s WAY too many other options to be doing stuff like that. Very disappointed

I will start by saying we frequent this Subway as we live nearby. Also- I’ve never left a review based on the cleanliness of a restaurant. This place took a hard turn for the worse!! It’s filthy, it looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned in months, garbage all over the floor behind the counter, flies in the cookie bin and every surface was gross. We won’t be coming back until this place is cleaned up.

Disappointed at best. Waited ten mins for service until the sheriff deputy in the lobby said to ring the nondescript bell on the counter hidden behind the cookie sign. Employee was pleasant enough. Ordered footling flatbread egg and Turkey. Total came to 13$! Overall, disappointed for the lack of meat on the sandwich and higher price than a fully stacked lunch sub. None of the tv monitors were on so I had no idea price until food already made. Very disappointed. Also rewards kiosk didn’t work so I couldn’t even get my rewards. Won’t likely return to this location.

Almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and the teenage girls that were working there were in the back goofing off not worried about the lobby being clean. Clearly poor management as seems to be the case with many subway locations I visited recently. The business has gone downhill for sure.

I just went into this location to grab a sandwhich on my lunch break and while the girl was making my sandwhich I noticed a commotion going on at the checkout counter – the customer was pointing out that there were 4 ROACHES crawling around on the checkout counter! So gross! He got a refund and I had the girl stop making my sandwhich and left. The employees should not be serving food to people knowing whats going on there!

Just got a sub from here and everyone was very nice. But I really wanted to leave this review because I was blown away from Logan’s customer service skills. He was very kind and talkative and made recommendations that were very helpful. He was very engaged with everyone I saw him talk to and was making light fun conversation with a smile instead of doing the bare minimum. He deserves a raise.
