We make our pizza with fresh dough daily, housemade sauce, and in-house freshly grated cheese. Our menu also includes hand-breaded fried chicken, jumbo wings, gourmet sandwiches, homemade waffle cones, and super-premium ice cream. As of April 2025, beef tallow replaced all seed oils in our fryers. We offer a mobile wood-fired pizza service for events, high end catering, and more! Dudley’s Woodfire and Ice mobile catering and food truck.

I stopped by for the first time yesterday with my mother. She got ice cream, and while we were there we met someone we thought was the owner’s son, but it turns out he was a manager. We also met another young woman who worked there. Both of them were incredibly nice and very friendly. They took the time to go over the menu items with us and even explained a bit about the business.
I definitely recommend stopping by their ice cream was some of the best around!

It was my first time there yesterday, and even though they were extremely busy, the manager still took the time to ask me how my day was. I thought they did a great job, and the food was extremely good. I’ll definitely be back to try the wood-fired pizza he was telling me about!

The service was great. I asked for a light bake, because we had a bit of a drive to our destination and I wanted to finish it off when we got there – and it was done just right and at the time we’d arranged. The toppings were generous and the pizza was delicious. Toppings aren’t going to carry a pizza if you do t have good sauce or crust – and Dudley’s had both! Would absolutely recommend.

I was craving veggie pizza but couldn’t find anywhere that makes it the way I like it (with white sauce, broccoli and cauliflower) but G’s does and it tastes amazing! I was pleasantly surprised to see actual broccoli and cauliflower florets, not diced. My only critique would be a little more white sauce but that’s just my personal preference and I will request that next time. The staff here are always very friendly too.
