First off, the ambiance is great. The decor and vibe works well for the restaurant. Next, the service was also great. Patient, kind, attentive, the waitress did a great job. Lastly, the food was delicious. We ordered the lasagna, lobster and crab ravioli, gnocchi, and cream of crab soup. We also ordered the shrimp on toast appetizer, which I still think about. The flavors worked well and every dish had its own unique taste. Though the Margherita pizza was lack luster and pretty expensive at around $20. The cocktails were just ok too. Though, price and food combined, this is a great one and done.

We were excited to try Facci after visiting the aquarium, but left with mixed impressions. The most surprising part was discovering that the menu is nearly identical to Ricci in Frederick—from the drinks and dishes to the menu design and overall presentation. After looking into it, it appears Ricci was established first, which made the similarities feel a bit disappointing, especially since we live near Frederick and have visited Ricci multiple times.

That said, the service at Facci was excellent. The staff were attentive, kind, and very accommodating. We were simply hoping for a more original dining experience with new dishes or a unique concept.

In terms of recommendations, the raspberry limoncello cocktail was delicious, and my husband enjoyed the seasonal red sangria. The Sophia Loren pasta was the standout dish—flavorful without being too heavy. My husband also liked the seafood pasta, which included shrimp, scallops, and lobster.

While the menu feels fairly generic for an Italian restaurant, the atmosphere makes up for it. The restaurant has a fun, lively vibe with upbeat house music and dim lighting. The booth seating was perfect for us, especially with a baby and a clipped-on stroller—it offered plenty of space and comfort.

Overall, Facci offers good service and a fun ambience, even if the menu lacks originality.

Ive enjoyed the Facci location in Maple Lawn for years, and this was my first time at the Baltimore location.
Baby it did not disappoint. The downtown location is adjacent to garage parking and overlooks the harbor. The food and beverage menu are expertly curated. I enjoyed pasta and a Gimlet cocktail. You can thank me later. Come for the food, stay for the service.

Nice place to dine even though I ordered a pizza to take back to my hotel. Product tasted fresh with an aroma that drew good attention & comments as I walked in my hotel lobby. I also saw the kitchen staff making fresh pasta while I waited for my pizza. I’ll have to come back to try one of their pasta dishes.

Oh my! We had a wonderful time at Facci this evening. Our server, Jeniffer, was more than attentive, meeting our every need with a smile. The vibe of the restaurant, which in deed, was lead by their manager was fantastic!!
My husband and I enjoy 2 different types of wine. We both had different steak entrees- tender, full of flavour. You will not be disappointed with your experience here.

At Facci, a renowned restaurant located in the Inner Harbor Downtown Baltimore, we celebrated our birthday with exceptional cuisine.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Bill, the Manager Assistant, who promptly confirmed our reservation and ensured that all necessary arrangements were made for our guests. Aaron, our exceptional server, provided outstanding customer service throughout our dining experience.

Although Andreas was unable to join us due to personal reasons, Aaron and Bill were more than capable of representing Facci.

Ariel, the chef at Facci, prepared an exquisite pizza that left us thoroughly impressed.

The highlight of our evening was the remarkable Tiramisu table created by Aaron. Despite accommodating a large group of 20 guests, he never missed a single order and consistently acknowledged our preferences.

We highly recommend Facci and urge you to inform Kelly, the hostess, to seat with Aaron’s exceptional service. He is undoubtedly the best server we have ever encountered.

Our 3rd time at this location and it’s been good every time. The charcuterie board is massive and a fun time if you have 3-4 people. Ravioli Con Prosciutto E Ricotta was delicious. ( Like vodka sauce without the kick) Pretty sure the ravioli pasta was made in house.

Loved everything about this restaurant. Solo traveling for business and stopped in for dinner. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing. They had a live singer and he had a beautiful voice. They had a great menu and summer specials. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very helpful and friendly. I ordered the shrimp fradiavola and was super impressed. Fresh pasta and perfect level of spicy. Highly recommend this restaurant!
