We went in tonight for dinner, and let me tell you, the customer service, the food, the wait time was all perfect! We went in and the app was not working, when I tried to scan for my burger. The manager Ryan, came up and comped the second burger I was trying to get with my points. Not questions asked. Me and my husband were greeted with smiles, no one complained when my app wouldn’t work, instead they just honored it. Shout out to Ryan for even going the extra mile, and providing us with a box for my left overs (he brought it out to the table with out me even asking) I seriously have never had such a better experience in a fast food place in Ada!
Just a reminder, these are people we’re talking to. Most are probably teenagers. Please be kind. This restaurant is brand new to the area. A little understanding from both parties goes a long ways!

We went here for the first time since it has opened and we are very disappointed. I’ve been going to other Freddy’s for years and I kinda know what to expect but this was awful. We got the patty melt meal and we asked if the sandwich came with tomatoes. The girl said no it doesn’t would you like for me to add them. I said please don’t, we want it just like it comes. We also asked for extra Fry sauce. She asked what kind and we picked regular and smoky (we didn’t know about the smoky kind and so we were excited). BUT when we got our order we were very disappointed. She had added tomatoes to both sandwiches when we told her not to and see gave us no sauce at all. She even rang it up with fresh sauce and the tomatoes.
It was a complete disaster. The line was short. They didn’t seem to be in a hurry. The drive thru line was moving kind of slow. They had plenty of people behind the counter to catch this mistake but they still failed completely. They even put down the wrong name on the order even after confirming what name I gave and the correct spelling. The burgers almost didn’t have anything on them other than bread, meat and the tomatoes we didn’t want. It was so dry and almost inedible.
Come on Freddy’s, do better.

the place is a disapointment. the one in shawnee is awsome. walking in ,it was 80 degrees,nasty trash over flowing. we was forced to sit outside due to the heat and nastyness.so out napkins ect flew all over the place while we tried to choke the food down .we wont be back for good while.

The place is ran by all children that don’t know how to be respectful and they have messed my order up everytime I come in. I ordered chili cheese tater tots and they didn’t put it on there. The cashier wasn’t even trained to take my order.

Great people. I hope they stay at this quality of people and food. If they do they’ll be epic. Many restaurants start out strong and lose their initial momentum. When this happens quality of product and service fails. If they keep up the good work. They’ll give the clown some serious competition.

Shake is nice and the register employee is cool, music is a little too loud. Guy with the hoodie the one time i came in looks a little out of place with everyone else throws off the vibe, im not too sure if he works there because i didn’t see a shirt and his hood was over his hat i think. also i feel its way too cold in the dining room and the workers look so tired and the kitchen looks super cramped, i feel bad for the workers
Dropping the star due to drive through experience, not sure what’s the hygiene code of the work place, tho my chili dog did taste good when I got there around 10:40? in the morning Wednesday, the male worker who handed the food had a bad smell, thank goodness it wasn’t closer due to the drive through I would’ve lost my appetite otherwise.

Well Freddy’s here we are. I had high expectations knowing I have eaten at Freddy’s everywhere. I love Freddy’s but this location will need to do better on getting their orders correct. First time in on 12/17/2025. Order was all wrong. I’ll give them a second chance or eventually need to drive a hour in any direction for the good Freddy’s. Please do better in Ada and not end up like Whataburger, please! Ada needs you! I was back on 12/28/2025 and wow! What a difference y’all have made. Had the Freddy’s original double with bacon and it was spot on! I know in the beginning it things were busy. Glad I tried again. Y’all will make it now! Keep making the great burgers!

Sweet tea wasn’t sweet and no ice. Chili dog wasnt great. Drive thru didn’t get all my order. .. I know they are a new location, so I’ll give grace and hope everything gets better with time.

I had quite a big group join me for lunch and Freddy’s was on spot today. I noticed a lot of extra employees working hard. Management was notably present and greeted everyone. Food was great.
