This is ridiculous! Called to tell them I found metal shaving in my food. Called three times after my initial order only to be put on hold all three times. Ultimately gave up on trying to let them know there mistake and left to let customers decide if they wanna eat metal.

STAY AWAY…the American white lady is EXTREMELY RUDE. I’m not kidding. She’s the worst. I called tonight, she answers the phone, “PEKING!” In a loud, rushed voice. Now I’ve dealt with her before, it’s kinda like the Seinfeld soup episode, you just order, ignore the rudeness, and move on. So I say, I’d like to place….IT’LL BE A HOUR! That’s what I hear without even finishing my sentence. I said that’s fine. How much is your Happy Fam…WHATS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?! I said I just want to know how….WHATS YOUR PHONE NUMBER! I sigh a just say, thanks and hang up. I call back and now we’re playing the “hang up on Phil game.” Anyways, if you want to support this place just know the lady that refers to herself as the owner is the rudest person in Rocky Mount. I was fully prepared to spend about $150 tonight Chinese food. Instead I went home and made a $7 lot of Chili. I’ll never spend another dime of my money at that place, ever. I usually spend about $600 a month on them, but never again. Like I said, I’ve dealt with her before but overlooked it, but tonight she was on another level of rudeness.

When you come in you’re greeted by a very nice waitress. The inside is kept clean. The staff are friendly. The food is A+. I was very surprised at the quality of the food and service. The place was very busy when we came in with a 45min wait on food. Though with the amount of bags and did I witnessed going out that is certainly to be expected! A small kitchen staff had no chance with as busy as they were. I highly recommend coming here! It is hidden between Taco Bell and Kroger though.

I have been twice now. Twice too many. Firstly, this is a Chinese restaurant and most of the staff are Chinese. They hardly speak any English and many seem cold and stiff when any request is made.
My first visit, food wasn’t great. Today was my second visit, with MUCH better food, but I waited almost an HOUR to get even a side of rice. It took a long time for someone to come over and acknowledge my presence. There is very little in the way of bedside or tableside manner and I just end up disappointed. It will be a long time before I return here.

The food was ok. The resteraunt was clean but not much decor. The guy that waited on us was friendly but we never saw him again after we got our food. I think this place is aiming more for take out.

Garbage. Actual garbage. Metal from a stainless steel scrubber/brillo pad was in my food and they refused to refund me and didn’t care one bit. Service has ALWAYS been terrible here.

Went to pick up my pick up order,Everyone was sitting around eating no one was working. They got up to fix my order while I waited 15 mins to get it just to get the wrong size. I ordered a lg sweet and sour with with rice, and shrimp fried rice. We paid $19 for absolutely the smallest I’ve ever seen. This place is getting worse every visit. Please think twice about ordering from here.
