Café Sapori staff were fantastic celebrating my mom’s birthday. My mom and I stopped there for lunch and everyone came together to celebrate. The food was amazing and staff was superb! Loved it!
I had the PAPPARDELLA SAPORI. My mom had their burger. Dessert was Tiramisu.

The food here was very good overall. It’s located in Morristown, though it feels more like the outskirts heading towards Bernardsville, so it is a bit out of the way. I had the duck for dinner, and it was excellent; flavorful, well cooked, and the portion size was very generous. My only complaint was the dining set up: the tables were quite small and packed closer together, which made it feel like we were on top of neighboring tables and made it difficult to walk around comfortably. Despite that the quality of food definitely stood out

Absolutely the greatest discovery of local culinary excellence! Fresh, highest quality, delectable choices. The entire service staff is above and beyond attentive, warm, friendly, and attended to our every need..our byob wine glasses were always refilled, our waters, the attention to details were amazing!

We celebrated my dear friend’s birthday and that’s how I discovered this extraordinary gem!

THANK YOU to the entire Cafe Sapori staff and chefs too who made sure my meal was gluten free safe.

The atmosphere is wonderful. I felt like I was transported back to Europe with the lovely paintings and stone and wood decor.

Can’t wait to go back soon!! Loved the Cafe Sapori dining experience and you will too!!!

In cooler weather we will def sit on the patio! It’s lovely❣️

It was overall mid, the food lacks flavor for something so pricey, the tables are way too small to fit everything, service is a little slow, atmosphere is nice but just not worth it. It has a cute vibe to it, but the food is mid at most. I have come here twice, tried penne vodka the first and thought it was a little bland but maybe that was just because its penne vodka. Second time tried the papardelle sapori and it was also bland. Bill was $200 for 3 people which I find simply preposterous. Both times the kitchen was somehow closing? Im not sure why but we were rushed to decide what to eat twice. Its not a terrible place but its not extraordinary, if your someone who likes more bland food this is for you.

I attended a party at Cafe Sapori and it was such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was lively the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Peter was especially kind and professional, always smiling and making sure everyone felt comfortable.
He mentioned it was his first week working there and we wish him all the best.
Even my 94-year-old grandmother is still talking about him she absolutely loved his positive energy!

Local delight fine Italian cuisine. Offering NJ wine or you can bring your own wine. There is outdoor patio area, bar area and dining area. I wish they gave tuna tartare back on the special menu.

Cafe Sapori is an upscale Italian restaurant, conveniently located on Mt Kemble Ave.

The staff is attentive without being annoying, the food, while not quite on par with Berkeley Heights’ Amerigo, or Bedminster’s Trattoria Mediteranea, Cafe Sapori did not disappoint.

I always use a Chicken Parm as my first indicator of an Italian restaurant (yes, even though it is not a traditional Italian dish)

Sapori’s CP was fork tender, and tasteful. It was plated with care, and the pasta and gravy were delicious.

The one area where Sapori failed to measure up was the thickness of the cutlet. A truly well-prepared CP, in my humble opinion, should consist of a Cutlet which is almost unbelievably thin. Sapori’s wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t as thin as others I have had the pleasure to enjoy.

I will return to Sapori, and will order the CP again to see if that is their style, or perhaps just an “off” night.

Please understand, Sapori is good, very good. Yet not quite what I was expecting for the simplest of dishes.

Give it a try!

I think this restaurant has moved from a previous location in Gladstone to this new location in Morristown on 202. It’s nice to have a restaurant back in this location after the last one closed down. It’s a nice atmosphere inside; but it’s a BYOB so the great bar that they have is unutilized. I wonder if they are planning to get a liquor license in the long term. The food was good, not great I would say. The pastas were good; the Caesar salad was a bit bland; the carrot cake was very good. I’d give it another try for sure.

Ambiance and Hospitality:
Cafe Sapori, nestled in the heart of Harding Township, offers an enchanting dining experience. The cozy atmosphere, combined with attentive service, sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. *Note it does get quite loud here but still a very enjoyable evening.

All of our meals are not pictured here.
Seafood risotto, salmon dinner,
Three cheese Ravioli, and pappardelle with short ribs. All delicious

Overall Impression
Cafe Sapori is a hidden gem. With an Italian chef at the helm, the authenticity shines through. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a weekday treat, this restaurant delivers excellence. Buon appetito!

Nice to see this pretty building open as a restaurant again.
My meal was descent and generous—penne vodka with peas but it could have used some more flavor and more than a few peas. The zabaglione with strawberries was beautifully presented, but it too could have used more flavor—more marsala, more sugar…
The waitstaff were courteous and attentive. We were the first guests for lunch and perhaps that is why the strong smell of ammonia greeted us as we walked in, and while it is good to know that the place is clean, it would be nice if it could be done earlier and maybe open up some doors and windows to air out the place before guests arrive.
All in all I think this is a nice place (thank you for not having the background music blaring and for having an appropriate playlist) and I would come here again.
