Firstly I’m from Alabama and we don’t have taco times where I’m from so this was a first time experience and when I say this store location amf franchise is phenomenal I mean it . I walked in to a warm greeting by the manger Kayla whom was training yet super warm and inviting . I asked one of the staff members what they recommended and she led my right . Everyone here was super nice and the store was cleaner than I ever seen any location. I give this store a 10 out of 10 and im never eating taco bell again ima new member of the taco time family astounding job guys thank you for giving me the best food experience I ever had

Horrid. Went in at 1:13 a pleasant women was waiting at register and took our order, 2 mini meals. Nothing special about the order. We got drinks and sat. Several other guests were seated..we waited and I started counting cars going in the drive thru. They kept going thru and I realized over 30 cars had come and gone at 1:25. But we and others inside had not gotten their order. At 1:35 we asked about our order they said it was in line. So at 1:45 we got our order. Looked as tho only two people were working. This place has consistently went down in quality and service while prices continue to climb. Just got a soft beef taco for lunch and was delivered a lettuce taco. What a shame. I have been a loyal taco time customer forever and I am officially done

New Review: Updating my review, today I went to go pick up lunch for my family and they forgot two bags of crustos and one of our hot sauce had a mysterious chunk in it. We opened it up and it looks like a piece of Taco Time wrapper all crumpled up put inside one of the hot sauce containers which is absolutely disgusting. As someone who has been eating at Taco Time for over 30 years this put the nail in the coffin for me.
Old Review: They always do a good job making the food. The issue is the lines take forever and they often forget parts of your order.
Prepare for a 20 min+ trapped in the drive thru experience and double check your bag before leaving.

I rated it at a 2 to be nice. When I arrived to pick up my order from ordering online on door dash for myself the staff said “all door dashers need to come into the store before 9:00pm” I told the cashier I’m not a door dasher this order is for myself. She said pull forward. When I picked up my order I had a mix of random things I didn’t order and then she forgot our mexifries. It was just two meals I ordered… maybe she was in a bad mood and took it out on us… I don’t know. I did my best to remain calm and patient as I don’t want her to do something bad to my food.. then I just got a whole mix of random items that weren’t ours.. but we got a dog so guess the extra food goes to the dog so we will have a happy dog tonight.

Since covid all taco times food has gone down hill. No more fresh salsa for the food that a little kick. Now their taco sauce comes in a sealed little cup. It is not good, Please go back to b the fresh taco sauce salsa.

Taco time has some of the best food with fresh ingredients. But this location is not a very good experience for dine in. You have to order it yourself (which is annoying for multiple reasons) and the wait times are long.
I am raising my overall stars for this location as the service I way better and no more self checkout.

I specifically asked for hot taters and got cold ones. While waiting for my order I witness staff take pans upon pans of perfectly good food and toss it in the trash, instead of package up and have the local food banks come pick up! I can not imagine that the owners of Taco Time would want all of this perfectly edible food to go to such waste, they could actually use the donations as a write off, but they don’t need it.
The staff was rude and snippy when I asked why they were not donating the food, she said “BECAUSE ITS NOT OUR POLICY”.

We ordered 3 meals, just for one crispy beef burrito meal to not come. Yet we were charged for it and when we called they just so happened to be busy. Quality has declined so much.
