I still love this location, I have been a regular customer for years and I like when I walk inside I am greeted by name. I always order ahead on the app when I come here and Its so easy and simple. I always have a custom order no matter which drink I order and they know how I like it. Once in awhile I will have someone new- in training is the only time i have ever had my drink messed up, but they have their ‘If you don’t Like it, well remake it’ policy which I used to hate to do but over the yrs It doesn’t bother me like it used to. But I wish the app would let me know when the in-store pick up option is closed. Because when I order ahead of time I plan it so that I get there right when the drinks done or almost, and then I find out you can’t go inside to pick up your order you have to go to the drive-through and there’s a long line now that means my drink is already made and it’s sitting there waiting for me to come get it and if I had to go in the drive-through I wouldn’t of ordered ahead I would’ve just went to the drive-through that’s the one negative part of coming here.
2020- I drink Starbucks every single day and often twice a day I love coming to the Starbucks there fast they’re accurate. The workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have free Wi-Fi and a lot of seating. I like to do the mobile orders. I order ahead of time most of the time and it’s always ready waiting. I’ve been a gold member at Starbucks for the last 2+ years and I’ll continue to come back over and over again.

Always ask for light ice, but it’s hit or miss if they ever do it. Might have to resort to asking for no ice and an extra cup of ice. Or ya know, just follow the buttons you pressed.

I love Starbucks all over the world, but this place disappointed me. The Internet does not work, tea was waiting for 12 minutes, people were already served after me, and I had to ask “where is my tea ?!”
Among other things, I did not find spoons / sticks for stirring tea and sugar. For this, there should be a separate corner so that the client feels comfortable and confident.
The first impression is not very good, you can’t work without the Internet. The manager needs to take better care of customer service, this company’s brand deserves better service.

Haley was very rude to my daughter and I. I simple said I did not order a latte I ordered a Breve. She said it’s the same thing here. I made a comment stating they are made different and called Breve at every other coffee shop I’ve been too. She said well oh not here very sarcastically. She his is the first time I have ever had customer service like this from a Starbucks.

So disappointed in the (consistent) lack of menu options, early closing habits, and poor service at this location. Basic food and drink options aren’t available, and twice in a week, I left without ordering anything. But somehow, the Target starbucks location across the parking lot has everything available … This location also closes early, often an hour or more before posted hours. Pulled in on a Sat at 6:15pm (google says they close at 7pm) and the staff completely ignored us and when they did come to the drive thru which was on / open, they were extremely rude. Very disappointed and will enjoy tea from other locations and home after today.

Stopped by the Starbucks in Wasilla—great prime location with easy access, especially if you’re driving from Anchorage to Talkeetna or heading further north. The staff were quick and efficient with our order. I got a tall mocha, and it was made just right.
The café had plenty of seating, including some cozy spots to relax if you’re not in a rush. They also have a drive-thru for extra convenience. Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a solid stop for a quick coffee break or to unwind mid-journey!
