So yummy and so quick! First time at Jersey Mike’s and I am in love perfectly soft bread and the tuna salad was so yummy and mild. I ordered it Mike’s way and that is absolutely the way to go, the red wine vinegar and oil really made this an elevated sandwich experience. I typically get this same order at subway but the always use to much mayo and then never enough oil/vinegar. So glad I decided to go to Jersey Mike’s instead! Plus I got a free cookie for my first visit. I will definitely be back and I want to shout out to the guy that made my sandwich, I didn’t catch his name but he was working at this day and time of posting, he was super friendly and made it a great experience.

Saturday, 8:45pm. When I tried to order i was told they only had white bread. Thats fine, ordered a #9. Was then told no lettuce or tomatos, because they were closing. I left.

This was my second time ever at Jersey Mike’s. The two employees here, Yaya and Carson, made my experience exceptional! I was looking for something loaded with protein and their recommendations landed me on the number 13. Not only do these two ladies take great pride in their work, they were super patient and helpful. It was really fun to watch the sandwich be assembled and they even offered a side cup for toppings I was unsure but wanted to try. The sandwich itself tasted amazing! Balanced and filling, with an excellent flavor profile. In short, great food, awesome staff, and a clean store! This is a well-run business and a great place to eat! Will come here again!

Taylor always is nice and helpful when I come in. Good at his job and makes the experience nice. Chains are going to have more or less the same food as their other locations but the people behind the counter are where some stand out more than others.

I go to this Jersey Mike’s about every other week. My favorite is a cheese steak with some Frank’s Red Hot on it. The people who work there have always been friendly and follow my requests. The food is pricey for a (sub) sandwich but I’ll take Jersey Mike’s quality over Subway any day.

I visited Jersey Mike’s today to place an order for a salad and two sandwiches, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t greeted and the energy in the store felt off looking back, I should have trusted my instincts and walked out. I placed an order with a young lady named Carson, whose attitude and demeanor were incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. She prepared the meats, closed the salad container, and then slid the bowl across the counter without asking if my daughter wanted any additional toppings for her salad and walked away. When I mentioned that the order was supposed to be a salad, another employee told me, “Once they close the container, they can’t open it to add anything.” How can you expect a customer to pay for an incomplete order? After seeing how frustrated I was, that same employee said she could add toppings to another box, which only made the situation feel even more disorganized and unprofessional. To top it all off, when I got home, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and incorrect food made it incredibly disappointing, this level of service is unacceptable.
