I loved coming here before a Tiger or Lions game. The crowd is very diverse which makes it fun. Many different generations can be found here. Stop in before and after a game. Treat yourself to a nice cold one, and meet some of the friendliest people and staff here.

We loved this place! Great location and great service. We went on a super busy and extremely hot day. There was a baseball game plus the Taylor Swift Concert.

The servers were all wearing Taylor Swift merch. The music was Taylor Swift music. I thought this was such a great place to bring my daughter too. The servers were very patient and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed and they kept coming by to check in on us for drinks and all. The food was really good also. We ordered a veggie burger and a beef burger. She said the coke was unlimited refills, this was cool!

The vibe of this place was so cool. Although it was swarming with people, it was still clean, even the busy bathrooms downstairs were very clean.

The outdoor patio was very pretty, busy but well tended too. There was a long line up to get in but that was expected due to everything going on there. This is definitely a great place to enjoy a meal and a drink.

Great before a tigers game the chicken with light and fluffy breading fresh. Same with the fries. Great out doors as well

The owner does whatever she wants in terms of hours. Every single week they do NOT honor their hours that they put on their website. When you call them, they just blow you off about it. If you are coming here for a LIONS GAME, go somewhere else. Do not plan your day around Elwood because they open whenever they want, and that’s often 1-2 hours after what they publish. Terrible.

Cool spot right next to the stadium, seemed really busy (right before a Tigers game) but we got our food promptly. Christina was very helpful and upbeat, she did a great job of making sure our requests were fulfilled

We love the Elwood! It’s our preferred pregame spot before a Tiger’s game. Excellent service and good food. We’ve been coming for years and will continue to do so. Fun, friendly atmosphere and fair prices. I always will recommend the Elwood.

Visited this establishment a few hours prior to a Lions vs Bills football game. The atmosphere was great. There is not a lot of seating but patrons didn’t mind standing to be served their favorite drink. Food was served outside which I thought was weird but their system works to get people served quickly. The burgers were “real burgers” not filler meat. The drinks were good and it was a great place to stay warm and get ready for the game. I gave it 1 star for food only because the food was outside in the cold and they only took cash. Although the place was crowded the waitress was somehow attentive to everyone. The location is great-right across the street from the stadium entrance.
