Ordered a #4 and got tenders instead. Food was not all that, I got chicken bites with the tenders and fries. The chicken was dry and the worst part was the dipping sauce they gave me. These ranch are both open and expired and are rotten inside ! How can they not notice something that awful and put it in my order. That is just careless. Very disappointing.

Chicken was what you’d expect from heat lamp gas station chicken, I knew that when I bought it, no issue. The kid serving the chicken had a bad attitude, once again, not a big shocker. My main issue: the kid didn’t fold up my box properly. Take the box out of the bag to eat in my car – greasy fried chicken falls on my lap from the bottom.

I have no problem with the store itself, but I will find another place to go if I see her working the next time I visit.

Ordered a 2 piece chicken with 2 sides. Chicken was tough like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. Don’t waste your time! Seems like after 6pm they just quit cooking food… Doesn’t matter if they are open until 10pm! They just stop cooking and sell what they have… If they don’t have it tough luck and if they do it’s probably old and nasty! And it’s not just this location! I refuse to ever let them disappoint me and waste my time again… Chester’s as a whole will never get my business again!

Always where i went for chicken even when we has kfc. Use to be friendly , and go out of way to fix something if they were out. Past couple days went by and at 630pm hot box was being cleaned. Next night it was just empty. May try again tonight. Ugh

Talk about pricey. Good God 6 tiny tenders for 18 dollars. Save yourself some money. Stop at Walmart next door, buy you a grill, charcoal, and a whole damn chicken, cook it yourself and you’ll be alot happier!!
