Amazing place! We visited during 4th of July Castle Hill and stopped in The Brown Dog for a dinner and was wonderful experience. Food, service and atmosphere was really good. We believe that we were attended by the owner, which makes it even more special. If you like dogs, like us, you will love the full wall of photos of dogs they have. This was such a great pub! We just wanted some food togo to take to our bnb, the hostesses were so nice and helpful. The burgers were so delicious and priced fairly. I think it’s a great cozy pub to dine in though, it’s got lots of leather and wood it reminds me of a deans office or manly library but I love that!

1st time was a great time. The bartender was very friendly and made a great pumpkin martini. The bar and dining room are very comfortable and inviting. A dog lovers paradise w lots of dog photos and paintings. The food was very tasty. We started with popcorn shrimp- a generous portion, then fish tacos and a burger. So good. Can’t wait to go back.
