Forever grateful to the manager Brett! My autistic son goes to college in Mooresville and was away from home for his birthday for the first time this year. He wanted pizza with his roommates. I called Brett in tears from being a sad momma. Brett wrote happy birthday on the pizza boxes and made sure to ease my momma heart. He refused a tip and said he did it because it was the kind thing to do. Papa John’s has found a winner!!! Hope you make it to DM one day with those customer service skills!!!

Ordered online delivery like I always do. Get the normal order. 1 large cheese original crust 1 large pepperoni original crust. Added boneless mild wings, and the chicken parm bites. Today everything came like it should other than the chicken parm bites. I called the store and talked to the manager and he literally argued with me that it didn’t come like that. Of all things why would I lie/ make up that I didn’t get an 9.00 thing of poppa bites. I even said the entire order was fine other than that. I order from there atleast once every other week and never had an issue until today. Whoever the manager on duty was incredibly rude. Will be contacting store manager for sure!
Updated I did call again, the store manager answered my call this time, sorted it out. He was able to pull up my history and showed we ordered a lot and never had an issue or complained. Fixed the issue. Great guy. For the assistant manager-he needs some classes on customer satisfaction.

We order med a pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. My wife at a pull apart that had a long hair in it which made her sick. I called the store. They offered to remake which she was sick now. I wanted a refund for the pull aparts. He stated we had to give the uneaten food back so he could inspect the food. Basically saying he didn’t believe us. I should have saved the throw up with the hair and gave them that. I left the entire food on the front porch for a refund. Not sure if I will get a full refund or not. The guys on the phone said it was like WalMart. You need to return the item to get a refund.

I would give zero if I could. Ordered a pizza what seemed like an over seas call center, didn’t get the order right. Called the store to clarify, spoke to the manager. Still delivered incorrect. All I wanted was no olives! Not a difficult request..but apparently it is for this pizza place. I asked for a refund and they came and picked up the pizza .I will never order from there again. Manager was very rude as well

Omg way to much sauce and under cooked crust. The veggies were good but that’s it. And that crap you call garlic butter is nothing but trash. I now see why your score is so low. I will NEVER order from you again. I wouldn’t even feed this to a homeless person.

I don’t know who’s running this night shift but the team is on point with quality and delivery times. Food always seems to be fresh and arrives fast! Order is always correct even down the sauces and they always seem to hook it up with extras .

This is a 14in pie, and the toppings are 11in across. This means that almost 1/3 of the pizza is crust.
A=πr^2 so the area of the total pizza is almost 154in^2. The area of the toppings is 95in^2.
After subtracting these numbers, we see that the area of the crust is 59in^2.
I was assured by the manager that the pizza looked as it’s supposed to, but they refused to calculate the numbers with me. They also refused to look at their own menu to compare what they’re advertising to what they gave me.
They remade the pie for me, but it was undercooked – doughy – because they rushed it instead of doing it right.
This was a huge inconvenience, and I am tired of corporate franchises using math to take advantage of me.
Please complain about this to them so they fix it instead of swindling people.
