I absolutely love the vibe at BxLobster! The atmosphere is spot-on, with great music that sets the perfect tone whether you’re out for a chill night or something more lively. I was invited to this place to on April 24th 2025. Upon arrival at the entrance around 12:15 a.m. I was met by a rude bouncer at the door that appeared to be upset at life. That not only denied me entry, but also began to threaten me. I didn’t do anything to provoke or deserve this kind of unprofessional treatment from your staff. I hope this issue gets resolved for your business sake.

The owner Alina has a great spirit and is very attentive and helpful..I eat my food too fast to take pictures, but I will have some next time. So this place is a hidden gem. I’m a foodie n this is the best spot in the Bronx for this type of food. You will not regret your visit. The customer service is top tier also. The place is clean and can be used as an event space (I think) again you must try everything, you won’t be disappointed..

As I was shopping at Tanger, I was so excited to see this lobster bar/restaurant. Ordering the lobster roll for $35.00 I expected to see some lobster meat. What I received was mostly a buttered roll and three small, thin morsels of lobster. Oh and yes there were French fries. I have dined in 38 countries, lived abroad and grew up in New York City, so I understand that a restaurant has to make a profit. But in the case of BX it won’t be at my expense or good faith again.

I came here and spent close to $100 shrimp was good, calamari was good but things were sitting for a while so it made some other things soggy, was disappointed. I didn’t get what I ordered for one item and I had to wait for about an hour for my food to be ready and it wasn’t as flavorful or fresh for the prices warranted. There were no other customers and only staff that was working was trying his hardest but it was still unorganized. Probably won’t be coming back here. Sad really wanted it to be good.

Visited this location a month ago and thought I’ll try a new spot in the area. Upon entering I found it to be clean but was shocked me the most was how clean the bathroom was for a public restroom. My family and I ordered various items but what stood out the most was the Salmon cakes and shrimp and fries meal… omg it was sooo good. I came came back the next day for more of them salmon cakes cause they was definitely hitting. I started frequenting this location more often and I don’t know why I slept of the fish and chips too I am actually shocked that I have eaten quite a few different dishes and not one has failed me yet. Top tier service and the staff is very personable, definitely will make this my holy grail spot.

One of the best restaurants I ever been in to in my life…I commute from Long Island to the Bronx to dine and have a great experience weekly…if you ever in town you must stop by grab a bite and have fun it’s imperative….the customer service is immaculate ….this is the spot can’t wait u til next weekend just to revisit this restaurant!!!!
