Wonderful experience! Super good food, never had Slim Chickens before. We actually dined in but seems like a perfect drive thru place because the food came out QUICK and delicious. Fried pickles were crispy and heavily seasoned with perfect amount of pickle to breading ratio. Club sandwich had a GOOD chunky piece of chicken that tasted so fresh and juicy. They also were attentive inside which you do not always expect from a fast food restaurant. Loved it here.

Love their Chicken & Waffles. The waffle was awesome and chicken was good as usual. You can either get fried chicken or grilled chicken. I would recommend a sauce too along with chicken otherwise it may feel dry little bit. The waffle comes with butter and syrup.

The food was very good. We both had a breaded chicken sandwich meal, and it was excellent. The prices are a tiny bit high for what you get but the great food makes it a little more worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Manager on duty was GREAT we ordered a kids meal and wrap meal. My son wanted a shake instead of a drink, of course no substitutes which is fine and understandable however the lady at register refused to give me the drink, after we added the shake. I tried to explain to her that I paid for it, it’s in the price I paid for kids meal. Although she didn’t agree the manager did! He was super nice, and fair. Slim should be proud of the choice of management.

I placed an online order for pick up. No one was through the drive-through so I picked up through the drive-through. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for someone at the window finally to tell me that I could come inside to pick it up so I go inside they clear the drive-through but make me wait an extra five minutes. If only they knew how to communicate they wouldn’t cause absolute chaos. I don’t know if it’s the location that brings such horrible luck but their customer service sure needs work. I am not spending 30 minutes at lunchtime for you to move me from one spot to another and not help me if you’re looking for fast service as what fast food is supposed to be. Definitely skip out and don’t bother talking to anybody because their attitude definitely sucks.

I ordered and paid for a 5 & 5 meal. When I got home and opened the box, I realized they gave me a lesser priced 3 & 3 meal. I wasn’t mad, but I’m in my mid 40s and had to make the obligatory phone call in hopes of maybe getting a couple dollars off of my next visit. The manager, Mario, was apologetic and extremely nice about the situation – and eventually offered me a free 5 & 5 meal next time I’m in the restaurant. When I eventually made my way back to claim my free make-up meal, Mario was there to personally deliver it with a smile and a handshake. Mistakes will happen, but it’s this level of customer service that will keep me coming back. Oh yeah, and the food is great.
