I mean every thing was good. But they somehow shorted us a burrito. Didn’t ask for a receipt so dont know if they would give money back but they 4 sure charged us for the one we “lost”. Other than that everything was fine. Maybe gave it to the person behind us.

Came in at about 7:30 and everything was so disappointing. The one person who was preparing food could not remember what I wanted 3 seconds after I said it. Don’t want to be mean but the person had a super weird vibe. I’m 90% sure he asked me if I was a mother mid order. All food was not fresh and about half of the ingredients I wanted were out so I had to stand there as they SLOWLY walked around the back to restock (there was literally no one in there they should have been stocked). Food was cold and gross and tortillas burned. Just sucked all together.

Placed an online order. I asked for the hot chicken and I received regular chicken. Not very pleased. Also! My bowl was quarter way full and it was not appetizing as the chicken was cold as well. I love eating here so this made me really upset.

1/6/24- I used the T-Mobile coupon to try Qdoba. My order was online. I found out it’s best to use the App.
They offer lots of toppings and also a Keto option. I picked fajita veggies, red onions, pico and salsa options. It was my first time so I didn’t know much about the salsas. I went with medium.
I don’t like online orders because you never know what you’re going to get once you get home. I’m happy to say that today was a great experience.
Madison and Jessica (Jess) were on shift. I walked in and my bag was ready. They were both friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.
The customers on site were eating and seemed to be enjoying the food.
I grabbed a few napkins and utensils thinking they weren’t included.
When I got home I opened my bag and I saw I had napkins and utensils. I was impressed that Madison and Jess had included them with my meal.
My meal looked pretty. It had all the items I ordered and they were not stingy. I have included pictures that show all sides of my bowl.
Madison and Jess did such a great job I plan to return. They changed my mind about Qdoba as I’m not used to this type of restaurant.

Ordered pickup, it was on time. Food was better than any other Qdoba I have been to. They filled my bowl full, and everything tasted great.

Ordered the grilled cheese quesadilla. It’s supposed to be crusted over with cheese. I asked for it extra grilled. Cheese was not crusted on top and was undercooked in the middle. Second time here second time NO FLAVOR. Second time here second time disappointed. Two different items I should add

I love being able to customize my burrito without having to worry if they charge extra! The pico and guacamole here are the bomb, and having a coke freestyle available is never a bad thing. This QDOBA has delicious food and quick service despite being understaffed.
