Great management. We always ask for our sandwiches to be made fresh and they are. Sooo much better hot. Tables are clean. Supplies are well stocked. As seniors we get free small(refillable) drinks.

Hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in over 10 years. Saw the CEO’s TikTok throwing shade at MCD’s. It had me laughing but watching him cook the patty & eat it convinced me to give W another try. Did mobile order–quick, efficient, love how they tape the bag–still hot when I got home. I got the cheesy bacon burger, added mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onion & JR fry.
Alot of fries for a JR ,but not my fave cut or taste. Was looking forward to the burger–big MISS….No bacon, no mayo, no ketchup, no lettuce, no onion…rather dry. The patties had no seasoning & tasted like cooked from frozen, almost cardboardish. Very disappointing. Will wait to come back in another 10 years. Will try BK next.

Have had good experiences every time. The food is on point: Burgers, chicken nuggets, baked potatoes…
The night managers are smart and quick. Even if they make a mistake they correct it quickly and professionally.
Best of all the inside dining is clean. Wendy’s really put thought into the lay out and look.

The Wilsonville Wendy’s is one of the best fast food restaurants I currently frequent and have gone to at anytime in the past. Everytime I go there I get fresh food with no wait or a short wait if necessary. It’s always clean when I go in and the staff I interact with are always upbeat and helpful. Many full-service restaurants and semi-fast food restaurant should take a few pointers from them. This is the largest review I’ve written for a fast food restaurant- ever. They deserve it. I should have got the name of the manager I see each time, as he works together with his team getting customers orders ready and always greeting people as they approach the front counter. Yes, my order is always fresh!

I have previously given this particular Wendy’s a four-star rating. The only reason it didn’t get a five-star is because of the several occasions where they messed up an absolutely simple predetermined order.
I am currently amending my review to a two star. One of the reasons why I enjoy eating at Wendy’s is because they use regular lettuce in their burgers and not that god-awful shredded pre-packaged lettuce like so many other fast food restaurants do. I hate the taste of that lettuce! It always tastes like a refrigerator and it makes the whole meal unappetizing.
Well apparently Wendy’s has decided to jump on the bandwagon and when I began to eat my burger today all I could taste was nasty shredded lettuce. I couldn’t even finish my burger even after taking the lettuce off because it had already a permeated the rest of the burger. Apparently I will not be eating at Wendy’s any longer. I’m not a food snob but there are certain things that I am not willing to pay that much money for at a fast food restaurant and shredded lettuce is one of those things. Sorry Wendy’s, you are now on that list of places I will never spend my money at again.

I paid for a biggy bag. Get home to eat my lunch and they did not put my sandwich in the bag. So I paid for that and upgraded to medium and all they gave me was fries and 4 nuggets

The staff here are friendly and wonderful. We walked in and they were promptly working on our order. Observed staff and customer engagements with good vibes. It’s definitely one of the nicer dine-in experiences at a fast food establishment. The interior is well maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking outside. Mobile order for chicken nuggets and large fries. Spent less than eight dollars for two people with BOGO 10 pc deal and reward redemption through the Wendy’s app. Will be back sooner than later for the limited time only pumpkin spice frosty.
