The service was Great came in 30 minutes before closing time and it was still pretty busy they let me know. It would only be takeout, but that’s what I wanted. I got the fish clam chowder and hush puppies. Great price $17. The fish Is perfect size just for one breading was good but a little cold by the time I got home heated up got a little soggy which is expected. Hush puppies are phenomenal not overcooked not undercooked and taste 9/10. Clam chowder is very bland Which is expected as well some people needing more or less I would appreciate more clams and clam juice for flavor! The tartar sauce was the only negative part It was basically just mayo. The cocktail sauce was a 20 Out of 10 it’s the perfect amount of spice just like I like it!

Just to be clear, food was great and we went with all the expectations because all the great things we heard. After many months of know about this place we got our Big order to go but we were hungry and decided to stay and have a quick little bite at the table. Politely I asked the cashier person if I could have a little empty basket. She told me straight out. Eat out of your boxes! I was like, wait, What!? So I just told her you don’t have a little plate? She turned around and got me a plate, so awkward . We ate and tried to be as comfortable as possible but it made the whole thing very disappointing. My parents couldn’t believe it when I shared her answer. And of course is not a bid deal if the order was jut for us we could have eaten over it, but that was not the case. Sadly, Big turn off!

The best fish & chips place without actually having to go to the coast!!! Highly recommend Fish & calamari is my go to order! The scallops, clam strips and chowder are also a favorite!

My daughter wanted Clam Chowder for her 14th birthday, so we got the bread bowl. The chowder was okay, in my opinion, it was very starchy…like lots of mashed potatoes in the soup. Definitely not like the ones we get at Monterey Bay.

Seafood in general here is pretty good. The fish is huge and quite good. The calamari bit strips were solid, the prawns were awesome too can’t lie. Fries were meh, hush puppies were actually enjoyable as well, I’m usually not a fan of those.
The batter is the star here, seasoned well, not overly fried at all.
Terrible location in my opinion or just needs some updating but I can’t judge off looks cause some of the best food I’ve had comes from places that aren’t exactly shining.

The service here is always great. Restaurant has cute nautical themed decor. The fried oysters and fish are amazing and not greasy. The hush puppies have seasoning that brings out good flavor in the corn meal. Recommend coming here if you’re in the mood for fried seafood.

Love this place! We get our usual, a large piece of fish and coleslaw. Both delicious and very filling. The fish does remind me of London’s fish and chips. Excellent. Bonus, the staff are very friendly.

This has the best fish n chips in Fresno in my opinion. The portions of fish are huge and coked to perfection. The fish is comparable to the coast, the portions of the fish can totally fill you up. It is a lot cheaper going here than driving to the coast to eat fish.
