I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts, a location I’m familiar with since I grew up in the area. I generally enjoy their food, and the quality has remained consistent. Mornings can be a bit slow, and at times I’ve had some difficulty communicating with staff due to strong accents, though I want to emphasize this is not a criticism, just an observation. I’ve also noticed that the store seems less busy than it was before the pandemic. Despite this, I find the service to be good, and the overall experience is positive. I would recommend it for a reliable Dunkin’ visit.

Stopped in and asked for a water cup, something most places provide as a basic courtesy. The employee behind the counter tried to tell me it would be $2, which is ridiculous and felt like a blatant cash grab.
On top of that, the interaction was extremely unprofessional—no greeting, no explanation, no customer service skills whatsoever. The attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and it was clear there’s little to no customer service training happening here.
This location gives Dunkin’ a bad name. If you expect basic courtesy or consistency with standard practices, go somewhere else.

I have no idea why this food was so bad, it’s usually good. The frozen coffee is tooo SWEET I’m not trying to get diabetes. It’s certain crews that work here you must stay away from‼️

Delicious coffee. OMG. I was reluctantly surprised to say this cappuccino is on point. Service is fast and friendly. I’m usually in and out. Only thing is, some if the food isn’t fresh. Avoid the ice cream cakes and muffins LOL. Only get donuts if you go in.

Got in this Ethiopian lady started helping me with my order, but she is not paying attention she started talking to someone else I’m asking her to do a caramel blast and she starts doing something else I told her that’s not what I want and she starts yelling at me that Is what I told her but is not because she is not paying attention also starts to curse at me when I’m telling her that she is not giving a good service. They need to do better is my first time coming to this location and not sure if I will come back.

Super kind staff! Had a little hiccup with my order they fixed it and were kind a patient with me despite being in the drive thru with a line behind me! And my butter cookie cold brews tasted amazing!! Great customer service from the team that worked on Sunday Jan 19 around 3:30-4pm! God bless!
