I am very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks because of one employee named Rocky. I come to this location often, and most employees are kind and respectful. Unfortunately, Rocky has been rude to me on more than one occasion.
Yesterday, I politely asked for extra ice. The barista making my drink was happy to help, but Rocky suddenly came over, snatched the cup from her coworker, stared at me, and spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone. She kept questioning me about wanting more ice, as if it was a problem, which made me very uncomfortable.
English is not my first language, but I spoke clearly and politely. Rocky’s attitude made me feel disrespected and singled out, and her behavior felt racist and unprofessional. There was no reason for this treatment over a simple request.
This is not the first negative experience I’ve had with her. I love this Starbucks, but experiences like this make me hesitant to return. Management should address this behavior immediately.

Came here with my twin daughters, while I waited in the car they went in and ordered a triple blown espresso caramel drizzle one pump brown sugar syrup with oat milk & vanilla cold foam. Rocky the Barista didn’t add the caramel. My daughters came in the car and were disappointed with the SAD DRINKS they received. Appearance was plain and there was no caramel, and to boot both girls felt Rocky was rude, impatient and combative when they requested the oat milk saying they don’t have it there. I took the drinks in and asked for caramel and again Rocky was rude, she went on a rant arguing the caramel drizzle was never requested just arguing ANGRY AND PLAIN RUDE! Horrible service ROCKY gave! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

I love this Starbucks location, the service is FAST, the staff are always really friendly and they genuinely make the drinks perfect! Even with a long drive-thru line I don’t think i’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes. I also like their creativity with the custom drinks on their chalkboard by the drive thru window. Consider skipping your app order ahead, and see what custom creation the team here has put together!

!!!!!!! If you want your day to be ruined, go order from inside !!!!!I I like all of the staff except one. I’m from Dubai and I’m in San Diego for vacation, this lady ruined my day off with no reason. Their chocolate croissant has bad smell that I have never experienced that before. I usually order from Starbucks every day, I guess I will try Dunkin this time. Thanks
