Typical Subway, but with a nice twist! The owner has a love of chai and sells an excellent cup of tea in addition to the standard menu. Not too sweet and not bitter at all. And only $3 for a small cup! Worth a visit just for the chai!

Awesome owner and staff. Really nice. Talkative in a good way. Engaging. I had a very bad experience at the Acton on great road refusing special received his email, limiting what to get with a coupon, and then this location is completely the opposite. Will return. Subway need to visit the Acton great road location.

Owner is annoying, he was bragging about how cheap is prices were(without me asking or anything), so I told him that there is a subway one town over that is much cheaper. He got defensive and said that the other subway is in trouble with the “State”. Not going here anymore, super weird

The owner/ employees are the nicest employees you will run into. They make the best subway sandwiches. Super friendly, good people. Make it out stop for subs while in the area for hockey.

Great shop. Very nice, hard-working people. I’ve never had to wait in line. Owner sometimes offers up throw-back specials like $5 foot-longs. Clean shop with plenty of parking. Easy in and out.

Something has improved here!!! We have lived in maynard for a year and when we first arrived were excited to have a subway near by. We were originally bummed out because the service was not good. The person greeting us seemed annoyed we were there, and then made us sandwiches with little to no meat on them. Pretty hard to enjoy that experience.
BUT BUT things are looking up!!!! We have been going at least once a week for the last few months as there have been some visible changes. There is an older gentleman who greets us with a smile and has been so thoughtful with how hes making our sandwiches. We now love going in and I’m confident in saying this is now the best subway I have ever been to. Thank you for improving!

The staff is always kind and quick. Prices are very good. They also aren’t super skimpy like some other Subway locations I have been too. Great food for a good price. Highly recommend!

Very friendly place with sandwiches that are really good with lot of veggies if you request. Most other places skimp on veggies, but the friendly folks at this subway do a great job of putting a lot of veggies in the sub. Nice wholesome sandwich

Food was fine, left a tip, but I made the mistake of asking to use the restroom after finishing my meal. The gentleman said something about not getting sick, and said I couldn’t use the restroom. Kind of weird, as I could see the restroom door. Shouldn’t have asked I guess. I wonder how nasty it is.
