I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!
I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.
I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service at this location. I highly recommend Potbelly—100%! I look forward to supporting them again, and I encourage everyone else to give them a try as well. Great food and fantastic service!

These people don’t know how to make an order let alone follow their own recipes. How hard is it to read the receipt and notice that the coke says regular coke, yet i received a diet coke. But what bothers me the most is that y’all don’t even know how to follow your own recipes. In the literal recipe of “the prime rib stake” it says caramelized onions. So how come I open my sandwich and it stinks my whole entire room bc guess what? There’s raw onions on my sandwich. For me it is so unbearable that I couldn’t eat my sandwich. There you go 15 bucks down the drain because people don’t know how to properly do their job. Also what is wrong with those onions, why the hell do they smell so horrible that it can literally stink up a whole room?

I ordered a chili Mac and I got a mac with just a couple of spoons of chili. Mind you their website shows the price for mac and Chilly and a chili. When I asked the manager today about it he said their recipe is one scoop of chili and the rest is mac . Nothing that says he was customer centric. Needless to say I’m going to another PB location to escape this attitude. I used to love this place and my kids even got gift cards for Christmas for PB . We love the food . But not this location.

One of worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, mulitple experiences in a row. Every time, with a line of 10 people, most of them on a limited lunch break, are stuck watching the employees stand around and act like they dont have a job for minutes at a time. If you like potbelly, spend the extra gas money and go to a different location, trust me.

This was my 1st time ever eating at Potbelly and what a great experience. The manager personally took care of us, patiently answered all our questions, and believe me, I had a lot 🙂
It felt that our sandwiches were made with love and tasted great. Amazing location with amazing people. We felt very welcomed, everyone who worked there seemed to have great and positive energy.

Not a bad spot for quick grab. Always loved the potbelly sandwiches. A little dull ambience in comparison to other locations IMO. Add some Giardiniera for some spice. Avocado makes it even better.
