I stopped by for the first time to grab some lunch. Im from out of state and had to run to the bank, noticed this place walking back to my car. Let me tell you, I know why they call it Potbelly now. I got the pick your pair, skinny prime rib steak sandwich and mac n cheese. The staff were extremely helpful in suggestions, patience, and explaining options. I got the sandwich made with lettuce, tomato, onions, hot peppers, pickles, hot pepper ranch, and artichokes. They put the hot pepper ranch on the side and I added some to the Mac n cheese after the initial bite. The sandwich was still very filling for the skinny option, the hot pepper ranch and hot peppers made this sandwich sing. After I took my first bite I didnt put the sandwich down til it was gone. Round 2 mac n cheese, the initial flavor of the mac is very creamy, noodles were soft not rubbery or undercooked. Has a very white cheddar taste, but complimentary. Throw in the hot pepper ranch and it didnt stand a chance either. One thing I would like to add because now I have to go back tomorrow is, if you like spicy grab a jar of the hot peppers. Totally worth it. When I went the season for egg nog shake was in too, I think im going to try that as well tomorrow. Very filling and glad I stopped by.

I didn’t ask for the driest sandwich on earth. 2/10 they seem like people idk steal from here a lot. Requiring you to show an online receipt for an online pick up order while having the food out in the open for anyone to grab p.s I won’t be coming back. The quality has gone down across multiple stores. So thanks for the Ai generated response potbelly, but no you can keep your sandwiches.

I ordered online for a pick up of 1215. It was ready by 1218 which is a win for me as they were busy. The food tasted great and was worth the value. I will go back again for sure.

Staff could work on their customer service skills as they are short with customers and don’t like answering questions about the store or menu items.

This place put subway to shame!! I love the meals here!!! Fresh and good!! I had a chicken salad sandwich with a chicken pot pie soup, and a strawberry shake that came with whip cream, cookie, and cherry. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

Lunch was fantastic! The food was great but the service was outstanding! Melissa was smiling a pleasant from the time I walked in until I left. She was so friendly at check out and was pre bussing tables in the dining area as soon as the line ended. She was really fantastic! Will be back!

If I could give zero. I would. I’ve never had a good experience here. From a simple online pick up. I’ve waited 30 minutes just for them to pour soup into a cup. The mangers always care less than the staff. The staff never knows how to treat customers. It’s always a mess. I’d rather just do uber eats or go to a entirely different location before I deal with this location

I have been to many different pot sandwiches and they are usually pretty solid Just depends on the employees. At this location, I ordered my sandwich from inside the restaurant on my app. After ordering the sandwich, I approach the counter and ask them if I should be grabbing my chips Or if she would just put them in the bag. She asked me what my name was then informed me that she was working on my sandwich. I proceeded to sit down at the table facing the street and up the front counter. After about 10-15 minutes I looked back to see if my order was almost done, and one of the employees just pointed to my bag on the counter. I said to him, “Oh, I didn’t know it was done, thank you.” He nodded and didn’t say anything. Good customer service makes people come back, bad customer service stays with you. Just being friendly will go a long way. I live down in Green, Ohio, and I’ve noticed that when I come to fast food restaurants up in Cleveland, the employees just are not as friendly. I’m sure it’s hard working at a sandwich shop, or chipotle, whatever fast food restaurant, but you can’t make the customer feel like you hate your job and are miserable, or are too cool to be friendly.

Awful. Wanted to try this place while visiting Cleveland. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I needed to. The employee was mumbling and acting like I was an inconvenience, even though it wasn’t busy and I was the only one in line. They let my sandwich sit for too long and slapped everything together so it was lukewarm and sloppy. When I asked for my drink cup, he walked me over to the cups and basically “ta-da”ed with his hands, but handed another girl her cup later. And every table was so sticky. The sandwich was fine in taste. I really wanted to like this place as there are so many positive reviews but the employees were just so rude that it ruined the whole experience.
