Fresh ingredients, friendly service and super clean place. I asked for a suggestion since I’d never had Bahn mi sandwich before. I ordered the #4 Grilled Pork Sandwich and Lychee tea. I loved the warm, buttery bread and the meat was tender and tasty. The tea was fruity, but not too sweet. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made fast. I usually order the chicken bánh mì or the chicken and noodles, and both are consistently delicious and packed with protein.
I travel often for work, so finding a spot that’s quick and reliable means a lot. The service here is always friendly and efficient, which makes it easy to stop in even on a busy day. I also work out at the LA Fitness a mile up the road, and this has become my go to spot after the gym. It’s affordable, satisfying, and the perfect post workout meal.
If you’re looking for great food, great prices, and great service, this place won’t disappoint. 5 stars all around. Keep up the great work

Loved this spot! I had the bowl and it was excellent. Came with a spring roll and BBQ pork with noodles and salad. Great sweet fish sauce. It was really delicious and freshly made. Clean and quiet spot to eat. Tasty boba tea. The server was so friendly and helpful. Helped with the sweetness of the boba tea and picking a good dish. He was great!!

The fries were overcooked, and there were an excessive amount of carrots. I’m consistently disappointed with the quality of the food here the last few times ordering.
While I sympathize with the challenges of last-minute orders, (an hour before close is not last minute.) The attitude from the staff is unwarranted, I get it you want to go home, so do I, with the sandwhich that I preordered.
Despite giving this place numerous chances due to understanding the challenges of the food industry, I just can’t justify the price paid for the quality received. I honestly want a refund.

Food is so-so, like it was made with the minimum amount of effort possible. Chicken is salmon-pink color and tastes like it was frozen.
Two thirds of the banh mi filling was carrots. One piece of dicon, four strips of sliced chicken. Banh mi was also very dry.
Not terrible but not good either. Too bad because their food truck banh mi are fantastic.

Solid value banh mi for the money- cost about $8.25 for any of their specialty banh mis- I got the fried fish and the vegetables were clearly fresh as well as the baguette. Had a nice crisp crust but soft inner layer. The thai tea they had was also great! However I did prefer my friend’s more tropical drink- definitely a good spot for lunch.
