This visit to Sonic was very good. Food was hot and fresh and the drinks were got were sooo yummy. Nothing short of fabulous! We didn’t go in, never have, so I’m not sure about the atmosphere.

Good food and drinks. Can be a little slow getting food out so have patience. I recommend going in and ordering at the counter verses using the drive-thru. Restrooms clean, but could use some updating in both Men’s and Women’s.

The women working tonight was highly disrespectful. We had ordered our food at the driveway. After collecting our meal, we had noticed we were missing one item. We had went back and informed them. The women said ” I handed it to you. ” although if she did we wouldn’t be in the situation. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. Treat your customers better and you might have a tip next time.

got two sandwiches and they were warm, fries were ice cold. when i called to let them know, the lady who answered (i think her name was maddie) claimed they were fresh and when i asked why they were cold when they got delivered when delivery only took 10 mins, she hung up on me. 0/10 would NOT reccomend Sonic in Beatrice.

The person taking our order was very rude and not professional. We have had negative experiences with most Sonics we have been too and were hoping this experience would be better. The staff management may need better training overall. The fries were cold .

Ordered number1 with no lettuce extra onions mayo andvketchup. Received number1 with no lettuce and tomatoes. Fries were hot and salted correctly. Bun seemed a little detail. But at least it did not come out of a heating tray. Was not busy and inside seating area was clean. Staff was polite and professional.

They are very slow and will not pay attention to the drive-thru. Most places will tell you they will be with you in a minute, but this Sonic just ignores you. If you go inside, they’ll say they’ll get to you in a minute. Then ignore you for 10 minutes. Absolutely not worth the wait given the quality of the food and service.
They had 3 people working but only the girl was doing anything. She said in a sarcastic tone that she would get to.me when she could and told one of the two men standing around doing nothing that she was only 1 person and she didn’t care. No idea why the other 2 were doing nothing or why she was giving such poor customer service. You can see they were slammed by the number of order tickets on the printer (plus 6 on trays on the counter), but again only 1 of the 3 employees were actually trying to do anything.

2 women in the back waited 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us. Order for 5 people was 55 and food was dry and had no taste Noone liked it and grandkids will eat anything but saddest thing was a couple came in and stood at the counter over 15 minutes and left watche many cars leave without their food. Woefully understaffed , someone needs to step us and stream line the way they do business. Watched as would take food out and then have to come back inside to make change and then take it back to same customer. Was our last visit to this location and we enjoy sonic food.Update, followed up with the link they provided and after quite a while I was told without a receipt, too bad. She never gave us a receipt assumed it would be with the food when it came out. It wasn’t and wasn’t able to ever get anyone to help us again as they never came to the lobby area.

Got the large blue raspberry slush. Tasted like straight up ice. Took lid off and slush was mainly white with one small blue dot of syrup. Mad because it was 3.75 for crushed up ice basically. And it’s 100 degrees. Not the day to me messing up cold drinks. From out of town. I’ll be back someday for my free one.

When we ordered our food all the clerk did was ask any thing else after each item. She didn’t let us order our food like you actually would one thing was ordered and before we could continue anything else. The food tasted like rubber thanks to them using the warmers. What ever happened to fresh fast food?
