I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a sourdough sandwich. When I went to eat it, I noticed that the bread had mold. How could they not have realized that the bread was like that? Where are the inspections of this place? Where is the hygiene of this place? It is very dangerous. Be careful and always watch your food.

While dining inside, the staff were talking poorly about many of the guests in the drive through. I also saw an employee lean her back against the donut rack, rubbing up against the donuts. Visit: Sept 30 around 11:30am.

I think the place is nice kind of small I ordered a chicken pepper burrito I think they didn’t have it and I waited 10 minutes so instead they made me another sandwich to my surprise when I open the bag I actually had a small thing of hash browns too I really appreciate that considering I didn’t pay almost six or seven dollars for that chicken pepper thing the people there are really nice they seem Lively and I like that

Came here to pick up an order, morning shift drive thru lady is very rude for no reason. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to people. Don’t come to this Dunkin unless you want your day to be ruined.

Ordered when I was 10 mins away from site and single coffee was still not ready. Took them 15min to fill on the go order. Coffee tasted watered down. Coffee was loaded with grounds, for $3.15 a cup this is unacceptable.
If ordering on the go I would say make sure you order at least 15-20 min before you want to hopefully it will be ready. This is constant at site during morning rush.

Bagel was so HARD and burnt. Here’s the whats left of the cream cheese after cleaning off my bagel. Absolutely disgusting and I’m sure you can imagine how messy and thrown together it was. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with this location, unfortunately. They are the very kindest workers but this is gross.

Went here at 6pm no coffee was made , 2 employees on I ordered a hot and an iced while they waited for the hot to brew they stood there and did nothing. Could have made the iced took 10 mins . Every time it’s an issue and the coffee was wrong. Told me they couldn’t refund my money because I didn’t want to wait. My coffee should have been xtra cream. French vanilla shot & caramel swirl .
