Waited in line for 10 min after I paid for 2 coffees while they made 12 drinks that stayed on the counter before they made and gave me mine. I WOULD GO TO ANY OTHER Caribou than this one. 25 min for 2 coffees.

This caribou coffee inside Mackenthuns is absolutely amazing. The drinks are always made correctly and never have a burnt coffee taste. The drinks are always made very well a s delicious! I am pleased every time I order! Thank you for your lovely care and commitment to quality. The staff at this Caribou is friendly, present, mindful and top quality. The other location in waconia cannot compare.

The employees at this place are always super rude which is why I never buy her but my mom wanted a cold coffee!!! A cooler. I get someone is new but then if there new don’t place them at the front taking orders by themselves when they don’t know any of the drinks! Asking for a cooler and then having them have to make it 3 times because the girl doesn’t know what a cooler is (we got a hot coffee first! Then and Ice coffee!! Like hello. What does a cooler mean!) and then snapping at me because she’s new is unacceptable!!!! If your supposed to be training her in then you should be by her side taking orders so she knows what a freaking cooler is! And don’t you ever snap at someone like that again when you’ve cleared are at fault for NOT TRAINING the new girl your supposed to be training!!! Will continue to get my coffee at STARBUCKS across from this location!!

I approached the coffee shop today at 1:53pm, after seeing their sign that said they were open 7a-2p. I hate being the last minute customer, but was craving a coffee fix after grocery shopping! I was greeted promptly, but it wasn’t the greeting I expected. The employee stated, “Oh, I’m sorry. We closed at 2.” I looked at my watch and then clock in their store, which displayed the accurate time. I can totally appreciate if they decided to close down a little early because, well, sh*t happens! But to say we closed (past tense) at 2 when it hadn’t even gotten to that point in time yet was a little off putting.
