This was a lucky find. We had some amazing food while visiting Beyond Food: we had the falafel bowl, Tikka masala, and samosas. You may have to wait a little bit for your food, but it is well worth the wait. The food takes a bit longer because they make it fresh. The staff were also overly helpful and courteous. It was a great experience.

Arrived just before closing in a thunderstorm and they could not have been more helpful.
We had the samosas and mango smoothies which were made fresh and both fantastic.
As they cook to order you can call/text ahead so you aren’t waiting.
If the weather had been better we would have loved sitting out on the patio.

Look at the colors in this food, and the favor is to match. Everything I have gotten here is fantastic. My two favorites are the falafel bowl and the samosa chaat. I am not vegan, but you don’t miss the meat. The portions are big and and so is the flavor.

It was too good! Literally! My wife and I cannot stop talking about when we will be able to eat there again months after we ate there initially.
Was there for Mayo Clinic appointments and so happy we found this place. We had the Tikka Masala and never tasted anything like this, even in India! It was too good!!! Also orders fries which my wife loved and samosas.

Wow, just wow. Perfectly spiced. It’s a food truck with picnic tables or seating in the lobby of adjacent motel. It was a chilly day so we sat in the lobby. Samosas are incredible! The samosas chaat is beautiful and amazing. The Shawarma fries are very good and the Tikka masala is very good. The masala Chai was delightful. Everything is made fresh when ordered. If you don’t want to wait you can order in advance. Cash only. 100% we will order again, it’s so good!!

Rochester doesn’t have great Indian food, but somehow Stewartville does. This truck is the best option in the area for Tikka Masala. The Samosa Chaat is splendid. Prices are good. It’s worth the short drive down from the city (call ahead).

We stumbled across this food truck looking through restaurants in the Rochester area on Happy Cow. We are so happy that we did as it was some of the best food we’ve ever had at an unbelievable value.
I had the Ultimate Falafel Bowl which was HUGE, I’ll probably get 3 meals out of it. Equally as impressive as the amount of food I got was the incredibly diverse flavors in that bowl. The sauces, falafel, fried eggplant, rice, olives and salad created a symphony of awesome in my mouth.
My wife had a crunch wrap that was about the size of a frisbee and also delicious. It was absolutely stuffed with spicy goodness. Their french fries are also seasoned with some kind of delicious magic dust.
As if that wasn’t enough we had two of the best mango shakes we’ve ever had.
Even better is that I will be in Rochester for a good amount of time over the summer for some heavy duty medical treatments. Needless to say the Beyond Food Truck will be an every weekend tradition, so excited to try new things on their menu which apparently changes frequently.

Last night we tried Beyond Food for the first time. It was awesome! All 4 of us had the Crunchwrap and fries. They were super good and great portions. We had enough for leftovers. We will definitely be going back to try other items.

Traditional dishes have a tasty twist built into them – and everything is delicious! Samosa, bhel Puri, vegan meat, falafel, Korean barbecue – there is a wide variety to choose from.
It is always better to order from before – else you will have to wait for a bit!
Already they have clientele which travels an hour one way sometimes just to eat the food here.
This is an absolutely unmissable gastronomic destination! Just go for it!
