Hate to do it but I gotta leave a review for this one. I came out because I heard about the new chicken sandwich. Thing didn’t even fill up half the bun. I don’t know how, but this is also the first fast food chicken sandwich I’ve had that didn’t taste good. At least if it’s going to be half the size of the bun it should be slappin’. Oh well. The Whopper with cheese was good. Stick to the basics and don’t get the Ch’King.

Excellent staff always ready to help placing order. The food is always hot n perfectly made to order. Overall the restaurant is kept clean but cleaning of table tops after customer and restroom hygiene can be improved. Recommending placing hand sanitizer on wall near cash register. Customers will appreciate clean sanatized tablet tops – resulting repeat business. While other staff busy providing excellent service – make manager responsible to keep clean table tops n restrooms. Burger King you can do lot better with little no cost improvements.

Ordered grilled chicken ranch salad, was told no grilled but they had crispy.. Ok no problem. Paid, was handed my order.. Missing sandwich, mentioned that so looked at the salad to make sure the extra dressing was there (.50 charge, still ok whatever) .. What i had in the bag was in fact a side salad, not even really full with the chicken and bacon on it… For $6.49? So i question, cashier puts her hands up saying im just the cashier.. I ask ok for $6.49 is this the right size because it looks more like a side salad.. She mentions to woman in back (Danielle she said) whom i can only assume is the Manager “shes saying its too small for the price” to which the response from the back not even coming to the window was its the same amount in a smaller bowl.. I call bs.. I just tell her ok i will have to call cooperate to report it and figure it out. Cashier nor manager seemed to care. I worked for BK for years, not how my store was handled at all. Also chicken fries were not only cold but probably quadruple dipped while hanging over the greasy fryer. Adding pics for their reference.

I asked for two sausage biscuits and I have two sausage croissants. I guess they thought was funny because they were laughing the whole time. Now I see why they have 2.4 star review. They really need to learn how to take orders properly and give people what they ask for and purchased.

I am beyond upset at the service I received today. I decided to dine in at this Burger King after a long day at work because I did not feel like going home to cook and boy was it a bad idea. It took over 15 minutes for them to give me my order when the lobby only contained one other patron that received his order shortly after my arrival. I waited patiently at the table for 10 minutes for my order number to be called and decided to get up and check. A male employee that was near the grill approached me and asked me what I was waiting for and I gave him my order number. He asked if he could have my receipt because they never placed it on the board so they basically lost my order. Aside from this, my food was rapidly stuffed in take-out bags when I stated it was to dine in. The female that placed the food in the bags quickly walked away and I had to call her back to explain I wanted to dine in. She non chalantly and I’d say rudely, placed a tray in front of me and walked away. She did not bother to place my food on the tray at all. I picked up my food and the items I had placed at the table I intended to eat at, and walked out. When I searched my bags, I did not have napkins or sauces. I went back inside and asked for these items and asked for the manager and lo and behold the same employee that placed the tray in front of me and walked away calls herself the manager. I asked what her name was and she rants out a name quickly. I was so upset at this point that I couldn’t even tell you her name if my life depended on it. I intended to write a review of my experience to the Burger King Corporation as soon I left when I realized i didn’t have my receipt because I had given it to the male employee that requested it to get my order initially. I had to go back in a second time to request my receipt and a duplicate was provided. I truly believe my words will fall on deaf ears because these fast food employees could care less about the people they serve. This location has no customer service and although I live in close proximity to it, I will not be returning.

There was only one other person in Burger King so the food should have been hot but the burgers were cold and the fries were hard. One employee was using foul language he was also the one who went outside for his 3rd cigarette and he didn’t wash his hands after coming back in then he was handling buns with those dirty hands with no gloves on. This used to be one of the best Burger Kings in town

This is the worst experience i’ve had at burger king. The place is very unsanitary, smells, and is infested with flies. I had to eat outside because of how bad the fly situation was. The workers do not wear hair nets, gloves, and have no sanitary measures. The machinery is dirty and looks unkept. I waited 15 minutes for someone to actually take my order and when I finally got my order taken, two of the workers proceeded to argue in front of me about cup sizes and the mistakes he had made. Then he murmured something along the lines “All i needed to know was your order, then maybe I would’ve made it” sarcastically, when the worker didn’t even approach me yet. This experience indoors makes me think, if this goes on inside the restaurant…what happens that we don’t see when we go through the drive thru.

The food is consistent but so is the service. Unfortunately, the service is consistently bad and orders are to often wrong. It’s a shame because as fast food goes, it’s pretty good. The food could be there best ever but if you don’t get what you ordered you’re still going to be disappointed.

Such poor customer service. I had a bad experience with the manager he took over my order inside the store because the girl was taking a drive inn order and mines at the same time and the manager didn’t even acknowledge me , he stared at me like I had to do all the talking and make sure my order was right. He looked miserable and very careless. I asked for fresh food and I said I could wait longer. I got 9 nuggets out of ten, chewy not fully cooked. Forgot my cookies. Burger meat was cold. I will never come here anymore. It’s the worst of the worst I’ve ever experienced! I felt disgusted.

Went Saturday afternoon @12:45pm to order some food. Was told that the grill was down and there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait if I wanted to order some hamburgers. I thought that fast food was supposed to be fast not have too wait that long on it. So I didn’t order anything and left
