Just had the most delicious meal from this food cart! Very welcoming and friendly service from the nice woman in the cart. We gobbled up delicious meat dumplings and beef fried rice. The homemade chili oil was perfection. We will definitely be back!

The food is so good, I order multiple things so I can keep having Jamie’s cooking throughout the week! Everything I have tried has been fresh and delicious. The food is fresh and not greasy while still having great flavor. The ratio of protein to rice in the fried rice is good, and I like that there is actually a good mix of vegetables, not just a bunch of cabbage like some places do. I loved the sweet n sour cucumbers so much, I ordered a whole container full of it, and I don’t even usually like cucumbers that!
The food cart is a little tucked away if you coming in from the entrance on Sandy. If you’re coming from the parking lot, you’ll see it pretty easily though. There is seating and parking.
At the time of me writing this, I think the hours might be off. It says it doesn’t open until 4:30pm some days, but they’ve been open, at least for the few weeks I’ve been coming more recently.
I don’t leave food reviews often, and part of me likes that it’s not as well known yet because the prices are comparatively quite decent and line is not long, but I cannot gatekeep, people need to know about this place and they deserve business! The other 5-star reviews are correct.

A very welcome addition to the neighborhood. The food is great, and the person I am assuming is the owner is friendly. I’ll be back!
EDIT: It’s even better than I first thought. The owners are as nice as it gets, the dumplings are amazing, and my teenager asked me tonight if we could buy a bottle of the house-made chili oil because he wants more of it. This cart rules.

Really delicious dumplings and fried rice. We got the meat dumplings and love them. Chicken fried rice was excellent as well. Loved the cucumbers included on the side.

I was so sad when Jamie sold her restaurant because the dumplings were the best in Portland. Then I found out Jamie opened up a dumpling food cart. Her dumplings were sooo good. With her dipping sauce, it just takes it to next level. I wish her food cart was closer to my home.

had to come and immediately throw my 5 star review into the ring. i’m still eating my veggie dumplings but WOW! i was obsessed with these very specific dumps back in NYC and these hit just like it for me!! the dipping sauce and the cucumbers on the side are just *chefs kiss*. so excited for this new addition to the food carts. loved chatting with (assuming) Jamie and the lovely person working too. these might be my new obsession.
