The prices are way too high here. There are cheaper places in rich areas of Nassau county.
They charge about 10-20%more than a regular place and definitely not a “value” place.
A lot of their “sales” are mail in rebates and they try to pretend like that’s the price you will pay at the register with their signage. You have to read very carefully.

Usually bigger stores like these are supposed to have more competitively low prices compared to smaller stores, however I cannot say that’s the case for this particular location. Many of the bottles of I want to buy are somehow more expensive here than other smaller stores in the area

I attended a seminar regarding delicious wine from various locations around the world at Bottle Bargains, the Bethpage location. The presentation was well organized and presented energetically. There was engaging conversation between Matt, the presenter, and attendees. Matt is very knowledgeable and answered all questions deftly. He set up individual glasses for each wine to be tasted and a small portion of cheese and crackers to cleanse our palette and put some food in our stomachs for tasting wines. The wines were all excellent.

Great place to pick new wines at better prices. Matt is very approachable and gives great advice on wine picks. Roy is holding small group wine tasting classes once a week. Roy showed how to sample and appreciate the subtle aroma and flavor and how to hold the wine glass. Very enjoyable way to learn.

A nice store with fair pricing and good variety. I would also like to comment about one of the managers, Matt Scordato. He does various wine presentations throughout the year and I finally went to his Wine 101 class. He did a tremendous presentation that was very interesting and informative. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge to give and does so in a very fun, easy to understand and in a relaxed manner. All accompanied with a nice selection of wines to taste, along with some snacks. It was so worth the money and I would highly recommend signing up for one of his presentations, all done at the store.
