Thank you to the beautiful lady working the drive thru window today! I’m sorry I already forgot her name! I had no idea what to get so I asked her to pick me one and that she did! It was so YUMMY!!! Yall should give her a raise! Not only was she accommodating to me but she was super nice and made my day a little brighter. And… again.. the sandwich she picked for me was perfect and yummy! I’ll definitely be back soon to get another one!
I just looked at the menu.. she picked out The Roast Beef + Cheddar for me. Yall need to try it!!! I loved the horseradish sauce too!

Who ever is working right now, 2/19/26 at 7pm, a brown haired young guy in a black shirt and a woman in a red shirt, visor hat, provided the best experience. Pulled up, ordered two #9, one toasted combo, both extra peppers. Not only was the intercom experience easy and polite, payment and pace of service was extraordinary. Plus, when I got home, they were the best seasoned, put together grinders I’ve had in years. I’d go nowhere else if this was the experience every time. Amen

Today was a huge disappointment on many levels. I ordered through the app before making the 15 minute drive to this location. Upon arriving I was told it would be a wait. I went up every 5-10 to see where the sandwich was at, I was quickly running out of time on my lunch hour. Finally, 45 minutes after placing the order (what happened to “freaky fast”?), I received my sandwich, chips and drink cup. CO2 was out so the fountain drinks were flat, which everything up to this point is frustrating but understandable to a degree. When I opened my sandwich, it was soggy from sitting for a while, despite just getting the sandwich that I had frequently checked on. To add insult to injury, there was more lettuce than the one slice of turkey that was put on my sandwich. 14 dollars for a whole meal and not even enough meat to cover one third of the sandwich. I come to this location quite frequently and it has gotten worse over tine. I don’t think this location is worth the risk and hassle anymorr and will not return. Something about this location that has always bugged me is why have a shelf for pickup orders in the lobby IF YOU NEVER USE IT. 10/10 times I always have to approach the counter to get my food. Can I have the shelf? It looks well made and you’re not using it. It’s just taking up lobby real estate. In short, this location shovels out below average quality and service.

Looking for a fast delicious sub. You have to stop here. I did. The sandwich was good. I got the cheddar beef. Well put together sub. Not difficult to get a bite off. It came with horseradish sauce on it. I got light sauce. I did enjoy the sub. Just did not enjoy the horseradish sauce. But I still would recommend the sandwich to someone that does like that sauce. Most definitely stop here to get your sub.

Don’t waste your time here. They dont accept money. My order came out to $54 and handed them a $50 bill and 4 ones. And was told they cant accept bills larger than $20?when I HAVE EXACT CHANGE! Makes no sense.

I went to this Jimmy John’s on 3rd street today (9/11/2025) and had the absolute worst experience. First, walking into the store an entire team of soccer players were in there dining. This wasn’t Jimmy John’s fault, but after walking up the counter and asking if my pick up order was ready, I barely got an answer from the girl at the register. She didn’t want to be there. Barely knew what was going on. After 20 minutes I walked up to the counter again and my food was finally ready. There was finally a spot to sit after half the soccer team left, upon opening my sandwich a pool of water and mayo falls out of the bottom, bread drenched and had a soppy sandwich sitting in front of me. The soda machine didn’t have any CO2 either. I forced myself to eat my soppy sandwich and drink my flat soda because I had already paid over $10 for my meal. This location is the absolute worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to and I will NOT be coming back. Despite the entire kids soccer team being in the restaurant, there’s no excuse for the bad service, food and drinks they are serving to people today. Congratulations Jimmy John’s you’ve lost a returning customer!

Every single time that I stop by and order my sandwiches the employees are SO KIND and spot on! I’ve never received a bad or wrong order. The food is always fresh and the second that I walk into the door I am greeted with smiles and a hello! The store is clean and the manager, Brandi, is just the sweetest! I’ve witnessed her interact with her employees and I can tell that this is a healthy work environment. Overall I love the experience from start to finish. Excellent leadership which in return creates excellent employees! The end result, a very happy customer

Ordered the JJBLT, mayo on the side. Received no mayo packets despite discussing it 3 times with the staff. I hadnto go.to a store to get.l mayo. I didn’t get tomatoes so the ‘T” was completely missing. My.wife got no mayo despite only mine being ordered without.

Order two regular un-whiches, and not only did they get the order wrong and have to remake it, but it was over $17 and not even worth $10. 4 oz of meat wrapped in a piece of lettuce for $8 a piece
