A great spot for pastries. Everything we tried was good, but the cake really stood out.

The cake is light and fluffy with just the right level of sweetness. It is not heavy and not overly sugary. That balance makes it perfect if you prefer desserts that feel fresh and airy instead of rich and dense.

If you enjoy pastries but want something that is not overly sweet, this place is worth visiting. The cakes alone make it a stop I would recommend.

The coffee is one of the best the only comment is the fact that they do not have the option of serving in a mug! We took a espresso shot and a cappuccino. Loved both of them. Mine did not come in a espresso cup but I did not mind it.
Pastries are interesting with a wide variety to choose from. The wood furniture is unique and I wish all of their dining sets where the same style. It is a clean place with quick service. It is our first choice going to Cedar Hill for a coffee shop.

Nice atmosphere but dirty tables, dirty floors and trash overflowing. Staff nice when they acknowledge you but most dont. Food was nice but not great. Needs a few tweeks and could be something fun and special. Its a MISS for me.

This bakery is absolutely incredible! The café looks stunning — every detail is thoughtfully designed and creates such a warm, aesthetic atmosphere. The pastries are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where everything tastes as good as it looks. A true hidden gem and a perfect spot to relax and treat yourself!

We had a really wonderful experience at Paris Baguette in Cedar Mill. The service was outstanding, people who are genuinely friendly and attentive, the kind that make you feel right at home.
The food was excellent, and the coffee? Well, let’s just say it was exactly what you want to start your day or take a pause and enjoy a moment. I want to give a special thanks to Lucy and Gabby. Their energy and care really stood out, they made the whole experience something memorable.
We’ll definitely be bringing our crew back soon. Places like this remind you why good food and good service matter because they bring people together.

I used to live in Beverton back in early 80’s when most asian were Vietnamese. But by surprised of K-Culture popularity now everything Korean has strongly taken over the world. I’m glad as Dae Han Min Guk person. My old town has PB. But wishes the could make 2 1/2 foot wide cake of Diamond Bar CA Bonjour bakery of another Korean bakery store. But in time I will visit Beverton to show my family how I was raised up in the boony time. Please PB make sure to add huge Korean cake in your line up.

My wife got some pastries. First I was laughing about the size of the packaging compared to size of the opera cake 🙂 and then I cut the donut in half and realized that there is a national shortage of cream I wasn’t aware of!!!

I happened to be in Cedar Hills today and really wanted a good matcha latte. I first went to a nearby place and the atmosphere and vibes were less than ideal, so I went here and was so pleased with everything about this place. The matcha latte was the best one I’ve ever had and now I have a new place to go when I’m in the area, or even to drive to just because it is well worth it.

Been coming here for a while the gentleman upfront is always accommodating super nice. But every morning for the last week, they have new staff there, they’re lazy, and they never have anything out on time they don’t even open the doors on time. If you’re not gonna have anything for sale until six thirty you probably shouldn’t open until 630 i’am literally sitting in the car, watching the staff mess around and eat the pastries on the floor as I type this. Unprofessional they need to stop hiring friends!! Won’t come back fed up.

The pastries taste like they were frozen/premade dough then baked on site. My clients and I tried many different items. Love a fresh croissant, and a pack at Costco tasted better than this. 1st visit.

Went back a second time to buy cakes for a non profit/fund raiser- for $45 each they have to be good, right? The service was really sub par.
Simple task of asking for the name of the cake to be written on the boxes earned me an eye roll and sigh. I said never mind, and received another eye roll. Awesome.
2 cakes @$90 total- clearly I was asking too much. Who needs attitude flicked your way? Even ordered/paid for ahead. Simple customer service.
Don’t ask the lady with the long nails for anything “extra”.
I will stick with local bakeries.
There are many of these types of shops (even in Beaverton) that taste fresher, easier to park and provided service with a smile.
